Grand Lodge on Peak 7 - Mountain Luxury Two Bedroom. Five nights, 6/11-6/16
This two bedroom suite at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 offers all of the comforts and amenities of a full size condominium including a fully equipped kitchen with coffee, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an extra kitchenette, a dining room table, a gas fireplace, a large living room area and a private balcony.
This two bedroom master residence includes a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for maximum comfort for eight guests.
The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 has a nearly unparalleled location on the Tenmile Range right on Peak 7 at the base of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Grand Lodge on Peak 7 offers the ultimate in convenience for those who enjoy hitting the trails or wish to visit the town’s picturesque Main Street.
In addition, the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 sits on the BreckConnect gondola route at the Peak 7 turn station, which provides direct access to Peak 8 as well as to historic downtown Breckenridge.
Grand Lodge on Peak 7 features four private movie theaters. Each movie theater is equipped with state of the art video technology and is operated by using a touch screen pad to select a movie or to watch Direct TV. The maximum occupancy for theaters 1 and 2 is thirteen guests and for theaters 3 and 4 is nine. Movie theater reservations are made in three-hour increments every day, with the first theater reservation time slot starting at 9 a.m. The movie theaters close at midnight.
Other highlights of the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 include a 24-hour front desk, daily housekeeping, the Grand Lobby, library, bar, complimentary wireless internet and courtesy shuttle transportation around town. The adults only Grotto features a hot tub, lounge chairs, dry sauna and steam sauna. Soothe Spa offers massages, manis and pedis and luxury gift shop. The spa is on the resort premises along with a game room, mini golf, private theaters, and numerous indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs for the family to enjoy. Pools and hot tubs look out over Peak 7, the mountain range and woods. Sevens Restaurant is also on the property. and downtown, with shops and restaurants, is a five minute drive down the slope.
The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received.
Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of the owner.
