New construction home, beautifully decorated with dock and boat lift. Well appointed and ready to rent. Bay access is ideal in the popular gated community of Laguna Harbor with direct bay access. Close to beach too!



Bedroom 1 (King), Bedroom 2 (Queen), Bedroom 3 ( Queen), Extra Sleeping (1 Portable Twin). Bathroom 1 (Tub/Shower Combo), Bathroom 2 en suite (Shower), Bathroom 3 (Large soaking tub, Large Glass Shower).


2 NIGHT MINIMUM (Excluding Holidays)
FOR WEEKLY RENTALS, ARRIVAL DAYS ARE: MONDAY OR FRIDAY (depending on reservations already in place).

There is a little Mexican food place not far from the house it was really good for a close by diner. The beach is not far & the kids drove the golf cart there. We LOVED the entire stay! Next time we will bring the boat!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you want a quiet, relaxing getaway this is it! The neighborhood is in a gated community so there is very little traffic or noise. The decks and boat dock were our our absolute favorite part of this house. We sat on the deck for our coffee in the morning and had drinks on the boat dock while we fished in the evening. We were all so sad to leave and will definitely return!

We loved having the dock to fish off of and the cleaning station. It's further down from where we usually stay but it was in a quiet neighborhood, which we enjoyed. We will rent this house again.

The location is perfect for bay fishing or even fishing off the dock. We enjoyed seeing the lighthouse, Fort Travis and took a short ride across the ferry to Sea Wolf Park and the USS TEXAS Battleship. The house had everything we needed for a nice get away to do some fishing and relaxing.

We took our 24' boat and kept it in the provided boat lift and had a great time. We even caught two nice redfish off the dock. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely return next year.

My 24’ boat fit perfect in the lift, the boat dock has lights for night fishing and a fish cleaning station. The house is awesome, everything you need to have a great time!
