Bolivar Slam er et rummeligt bayside hjem med spektakulær udsigt over East Bay. Fantastisk adgang til kanalen og et rummeligt hjem gør dette kæledyrsvenlige ferie-get-away perfekt til familier! Du finder alt hvad du behøver for havnefronten ved denne ferieudlejning. Den åbne stue / spisestue / køkken med trægulve overalt, tilbyder masser af komfortable møbler til at slappe af i mens du besøger med din gruppe og et spil bord til de konkurrencedygtige spiritus. Der er masser af plads til flere kokke og / eller kokkens hjælpere i det velassorterede køkken, så du kan forberede den friske fisk og skaldyr på ingen tid! Hyggelige, afslappede soveværelser, hver med eget tv, betyder ingen kamp over fjernbetjeningen, når du ikke kan blive enige om hvilken film du skal se, når det er tid til at sparke tilbage. Fiskeri fans vil nyde at væde en linje i kanalen lige udenfor døren! Vil du medbringe din båd? Denne fantastiske bayside hjem har en bådslip til rådighed til din brug! Overall nice place but pool didn’t have the umbrella as pictured but luckily we had one for the beach to use. A few improvements could go a long way as other rentals we have stayed at had them on hand. (More than one flimsy cutting board, sharper knives, beach towels toiletries ans a wine opener.)

Couple of points to fix and or improve upon. 3 out of 4 under home lights did not work at all. Pool light did not work. Even after calling 2 times, to have high grass cut - grass was not cut until the day before we left. These factors did not impede our fun... but did need to share moving forward.

Fishing trip

Great house and location if you like fishing. This house is clean and beautiful. The pool was a huge bonus. We had a great time and will return.

We loved this house! The area was very quiet and the view was beautiful. We loved the pool and the deck. House was clean and comfortable. We will be book again here soon.

Fisherman’s Dream

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is awesome and is probably one of our favorite rentals! We really loved jumping into the perfect pool after a hot day fishing. We definitely utilized the boat slip and fish cleaning station. The closet was well stocked with pool floats, extra beach chairs, and life jackets. The double-lot fenced yard was so perfect for our little dachshund. We were glad we brought our own pool umbrella, because there was none available. Also be sure to bring your own beach towels as there are only bath towels provided. Also there was no stocked Keurig coffee as pictured. These are just some helpful tips. By no means did these things ruin our week. Also, there was no hairdryer, soap, or shampoo provided, which most rentals do supply. This property is currently listed for sale. We loved it, and would consider purchasing it if it were priced appropriately. Maybe a commercial grade ice machine would justify the $899K price tag. Joking. This place is great and we wish we could afford it, however we selfishly want them to continue renting it! Thanks for sharing your awesome place with us! We will be back (as renters.)

A much needed getaway

My family really loved that it was by the canal, so they could fish all the time. The only downside is that there is no storage or dressers in the master bedroom for clothes. Other than that, I highly recommend this place to stay.

Mother’s Day Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love coming to this house. It is in a nice quiet location but still very close to the beach. The home could use some TLC. It seems to have been untouched since our first visit 3 years ago. A light canister is missing in the master. The sofa has some stains on it and the floor rug in the living room could be changed out and fastened to the floor somehow. The outside flood light was broke off the patio and laying on the ground. The porch railing could use repainting or at least cleaning where what seems to be black mold is growing. And lastly, this house I think says something about the fishing but there is no underwater fishing light which would really help the night fishing. Overall though, the house is great and we will stay there again.

We have been coming to Crystal and renting from Cobb since I was a child and had more fun at this house than any other beach front we have ever rented. Great house and great location.

We also liked that we were still really close to the store and the beach right across the street. The only thing we had a problem with was the washer and dryer it made our clothes smell horrible! I would recommend not using them.
