Thank you, Dawn! We're so glad you enjoyed the location and the beautiful sunsets, as well as the quiet neighborhood. We’re happy to hear that the noise from both the Baywalk and the unit below didn’t disrupt your stay. We also appreciate your kind words about our communication – it’s something we truly value. It's wonderful to hear the location made the trip for your children and grandchildren. Our team let you know ahead of arrival that the home needed more time, and we're sorry the preparation still fell short once you were in; the cleaning has been raised directly with the team that services this home. The grill was repaired and serviced during your stay, the gate instructions have been corrected, the kitchen is being restocked to match the home's full capacity, and the furniture is in the process of being replaced. Our guest experience team has also been in direct contact with you to close out the conversation from your arrival. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we hope to host your family again on a future visit.

What a joy to hear the whole family, grandkids included, had such a great time—thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad the home's location hit the mark and that those extra touches, like the high chair, made things easier. We'd love to welcome you all back anytime.
