The Space:

Perfectly located on Siesta Key, this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo will surround you with everything Sarasota has to offer. Featuring space for 6 guests, a shared pool and hot tub, this condo is perfect. Walk to Crescent beach and enjoy dancing sunsets as you look across the Gulf. Enjoy a walk-able neighborhood featuring cafes, oyster bars, and nightlife all while being tucked away in a quiet section of the key. Short walk to restaurants. Once you parked you don't need to drive again. Renovated in May of 2022, this condo has been freshly updated to ensure a comfortable stay. Located on the second floor of the Vista Hermosa Condos, you will access the condo using a door code for keyless entry.



Step inside the condo to a small foyer with closet storage and direct access to the galley kitchen. The kitchen features new cabinetry, granite countertops, and a tile backsplash. The kitchen is fully appointed including pots, pans, kitchen utensils, dishware, and more providing you with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your stay. Find small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, and more.

Whether you are looking to spend time on the beach, take a fishing charter out, or swing the golf clubs, we are not far from it all.



Crescent Beach Sarasota is a beautiful white sand beach and public access to the beach is just .4 miles away from the condo. Looking for a bite to eat right in the neighborhood? Walk to the Toasted Mango Café for a fantastic breakfast. Take care of your seafood craving by heading to Captain Curt’s Crab & Oyster Bar or the Daiquiri Deck South Siesta Key. Looking to catch your favorite sports game or just enjoy the night with a few drinks? Head over to the Crescent Club, a long-standing, low-lit watering hole with fantastic outdoor space as well.



Ready to explore the greater Sarasota area and the best attractions around? There is simply too much to see and do. Enjoy championship golf courses including TPC Prestancia and Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club, just across the bridge from the condo. Looking to swing the clubs in a casual environment with friends? The new and extremely Popstroke Mini-Golf is the mini-golf version of the famous Top Golf and with its modern and sleek facility, you can enjoy fantastic eats and drinks while putting their extensive course.



Looking for a casual cruise to take in the sights while you enjoy delicious dining? Check out Marina Jacks and schedule your cruise on their 96’ vessel. Want to enjoy the intercoastal on your own? Marina Jacks also provides boat rentals at competitive rates.

Siesta Key is well known for its incredible sunsets. Take it in while cruising on an electric bike, just $66 per person with Endless Summer Eco Tours and Rentals. A trip down to the Gulf of Mexico would not be complete with out a day on the water with one of the many amazing fishing charters. We highly recommended Chasin’ Tail Fishing Charters or Reel Tight Fishing Charters, both highly rated charter companies that will put you on the fish and make incredible memories while cruising the deep blue water.



Commuting around Siesta Key and Sarasota is easy with Uber and Lyft services provided throughout the area. Directly on Siesta Key there is a free trolley provided by Siesta Key Breeze Trolley. The trolley provides multiple fixed stops as well as flag down pickups and follows the main route throughout the entire island making it a great way to experience the entire island. Additionally, The Siesta Key Frog Hop operates an independent bus and trolly service that only operates off tips! Call for pick up locations or be on the lookout for their colorful vehicles traveling around and move freely around the island for little to no cost.

Sarasota County Area Transit also provides 27 fixed-line bus routes, making it extremely easy to move around the city with a bus stop just 1.5 miles away at S Tamiami Trl. and Stickney Point Rd. Coming and going from Sarasota? Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is just 11 miles from the condo and provides a robust schedule of flights daily with carriers like Allegiant Air, Air Canada, American Airlines, United Airlines, and Delta.

Getting Around:

Free trolley available. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Only 45 min from Tampa International (TPA) airport, 20 min from Sarasota Bradenton International (SRQ) airport, and 1 hour 10 min from Southwest Florida International-Fort Myers (RSW) airport.

Here are the important policies and guidelines to note for your stay:



Check-in: You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM. The property will be prepared and ready for your arrival.



Check-out: We kindly ask that you check out on or before 10:00 AM on your departure date. This allows us enough time to clean and prepare the property for the next guests.



No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and within any common areas of the complex. Please respect this policy to maintain a clean and smoke-free environment.



No Parties: The house is intended for quiet and peaceful stays, and hosting parties or large gatherings is not allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.



No Pets Allowed: We understand that some travelers prefer a pet-free space, and we have taken special care to ensure a clean and comfortable atmosphere. Rest assured that no pets have been allowed in this home, making it a perfect choice for those with allergies or seeking a pet-free experience.
