Beautiful condo. Stocked with dishes and essentials. Short walk to private entry beach was amazing. Wish there was a second fob for beach entry, would have been easier. When we arrived tne sliding glass door blind was broken. We immediately put in a maintenance request and received no response. Other than that we would definitely come back again.

We had such an amazing stay at Siesta Key Beach Resorts! From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, relaxing, and exactly what you hope for in a beach getaway. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had that perfect coastal vibe. Our space was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. You can tell a lot of thought goes into the little details, which really made a difference. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach with the most gorgeous soft sand and sunsets, and close to great spots for food, drinks, and shopping. It made it so easy to fully enjoy everything Siesta Key has to offer without needing to go far.Overall, it was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun, and we’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful, laid-back beach escape!

Condo was in a great location with easy walk to exclusive beach. Recommended taking bikes or renting them for easy ride to north or south dining and shopping locations. You can drive to these but park gets a little tricky at peak times. Host was great to work with fast response time. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our staying, but overall the use of the fobs was completely a problem for us4 of us had to share a fob and only by calling two times received a second fobOthers that stayed there had the same feeling and were complaining each time we would run past or talk to people entering through the gateBecause of that requirement to use a fob, I will no longer consider staying there

Thank you, Joe! We're glad you enjoyed your stay at Siesta Beach House on Siesta Key overall, and we sincerely apologize for the fob situation. Having four guests share a single key fob is not an acceptable experience, and we appreciate you flagging it — we've addressed this with the property to ensure future guests have proper access from check-in. We hope you'll give us another chance to show you a smoother stay.

Overall we had a great family vacation. The location was very good and a short walk to the beach. Trolly access was fantastic.Internally: The property itself is depreciating and needs better attention from the owners. The master bedroom has no TV. Master ceiling fan has no string and can’t be used. The kitchen could use a blender. A fresh coat of paint would be nice. Window blinds were broken. Externally: The key fob to access the beach rarely worked so the security gate was propped open the majority of the trip. We never recieved a parking pass. The hose in the front to rinse the sand is old and rusted and didn’t work well. All in all these issues are minor and we had a great trip.

Thank you, Rob! We're so glad your family had a great vacation, with the location, easy beach walk, and fantastic trolley access all working in your favor. We truly appreciate you taking the time to detail the maintenance items — the master bedroom TV and ceiling fan, the window blinds, the beach key fob and parking pass, and the front rinse hose are all things we're addressing so the next stay is even smoother. We'd love the chance to host you again on Siesta Key!
