Vacation Rental Apartment @ Fern Court, Richmond Estate with Community Swimming Pool near Ocho Rios
Welcome to our charming and elegant ground floor, 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment located in the beautifully landscaped and gated community of Fern Court @ Richmond Estate in Priory, St. Ann. This well-appointed apartment has a spacious Primary bedroom has a queen size bed, ample closet storage, AC, ceiling fan and Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds with ample closet storage, AC, ceiling fan, Smart TV and the bathroom (shower/tub) in the hallway.
A fully equipped kitchen awaits you. Spacious open floor plan with dining room and living room area leading out to lovely patio. Air conditioning units and ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the dining/living room area.
The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped with well manicured grassy areas for relaxing and gazebos for hanging out with friends. Take a relaxing swim in our infinity swimmng pool or a quick drive to the beach a few minutes down the road from the property. Richmond Estates boasts a full-service Company Store which includes a Supermarket, Pharmacy, Liquor Store and Deli.
This beautiful property is located approximately 20 minutes from Ocho Rios. Quick access to many major tourist attractions such as Chukka Cove, Green Grotto Caves, Seville Great House, Dolphin Cove, Dunn`s River Falls and Park, Mystic Mountain and the world-renowned Margaritaville Restaurant and Bar.
Enjoy a quiet and relaxing neighborhood only 1 hour and 15 minutes from the Montego Bay, Sangster International Airport and approximately 2 hours from the Norman Manley International Aiport in Kingston.
You will have full access to the entire apartment except for a few locked closets.
