The space
You'll have the entire upper level of the house, including living room with sofa, dining area, bedroom with queen bed and full bath (walk-in shower), and a fully equipped kitchen. A laundry room (washer + dryer) and storage space is available as well. The screened in porch is perfect for relaxing and large enough for dining.
Guest access
Main Floor (= upper level) with street access. Please note the bottom level of the home is occupied by long-term tenants. Please respect each others privacy and comfort.

Pet Policy:
While this property is listed as pet-friendly, only a maximum of one well behaved dog (up to 30 lbs) is allowed at this home with prior approval. Cats are not permitted due to owner allergies; sorry!
- Dog must be housebroken (potty trained)
- Your dog must always be with you. It's not allowed to be left alone in the property or outside. There is an extra sheet to protect the coverlet and duvet should your furry friend like to cuddle in bed with you.
- Please note there is no backyard. If your dog needs to go pee or poop, you'll need to walk out the front. You MUST pick up after your dog.
