Please respect the property, neighbors, and other occupants. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Only registered guests are permitted to enter or stay overnight. Please contact the host in advance if your guest count changes. Additional guest fees may apply.

**No Parties or Events**
Parties, events, large gatherings, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

**No Pets**
Pets are not permitted. Service animals will be accommodated in accordance with Airbnb’s policies and applicable laws. Please notify the host before arrival if you have a service animal.

**No Smoking or Vaping**
Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the property. If smoking outside, remain a safe distance from the building and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

**Quiet Hours**
Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 6:00 AM**. Please keep music, televisions, conversations, and other noise at a respectful level.

**Property Care**
Do not move furniture, tamper with safety equipment, or enter locked areas without permission. Report damage, leaks, or maintenance concerns immediately.
