Sleek and modern in its design and decor, this newly constructed home brings ease and style to a Lincoln City getaway. Walk around the corner to the beach each morning, and be greeted back at home by a private hot tub, a cozy gas fireplace, and a converted garage game room with a pool table.

This two-story home is located in the Oceanlake neighborhood of Lincoln City, where it sits about 1000 feet from the Oceanlake Beach Access. It's a wonderful location for exploring this scenic beach town, with Devil's Lake State Recreation Area, the Chinook Winds Casino, the Lincoln City Outlets, and Road's End State Recreation Site all within two miles.

Built in 2022, this home offers all the polish and comfort of brand-new construction. There's an elegant kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island breakfast bar, a light-filled dining area, and a living room where you can kick back on the plush sectional and stream movies by the gas fireplace. All of the bedrooms have smart TVs as well, each room paired with its own full bathroom.

When it comes to entertainment, you'll have your choice of activities. Take the two adult-size bikes out for a spin around the neighborhood, play nine ball and stream movies in the garage game room, or set up a board game at the dining room table. In the evenings, grab a dry swimsuit from the washer/dryer and make your way out to the patio for a soothing soak in the bubbling hot tub.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
