Beautiful home, incredible location, perfect space for both family time and sleep space, along with storage. We loved our time here and will likely stay again for our next trip!! And the two parking spaces made it even better!!

Our family will definitely use this Rental again. We highly recommend it. It has great parking, a great location, and it is very clean. It’s also walking distance from everything that we were interested in. The beach was our favorite part. Just a short beautiful walk from the rental .

Hot water heater did not work for two days. From other reviews we saw this was a prior problem. The main bedroom has fixed windows without curtains and the two parking lot lights next door shine directly into the bedroom. It’s as bright as daytime, so be warned.

Everything was clean and overall host communicated well. Hot water stopped working and took longer than expected to get hot water again. Construction downtown had trucks driving by at 5am every morning, mattress is very uncomfortable in master bedroom, needless to say we did not enjoy our stay here as we did not have a restful vacation.

It's a funny little place in a great/central location. Three block to everything you need. Clean, comfy and great AC. Master suite was great with a comfy bed and bedding. Twin bedroom is very small and has zero storage. I wouldn't stay here with more than 4 people. Best to BYO cooking oil and probably some Spray-N-Wash stain remover as these folks charged me 55 each for the smallest of (make-up?) stains on 4 pillow cases /sheets. (Wish I could attach the pics here). As a rental guest for 2 decades I have never had anything but the most positive reviews re how we leave a rental. Apparently the business model here (and reasonable rental price) is built around making extra money off laundry? Hard to understand... but I'd rent here again.

Everything was great. The house is clean. Parking is easy. We didn’t have hot water the first day and they quickly got someone out to fix it. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because of the lights coming through the window of the bedroom from the parking lot next door.

The house and host were fantastic. You cannot beat the location and everything was well stocked for our stay. When we arrived there was no hot water. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the host got someone out to fix it. The house is generally loud and bright in the mornings due to some windows not having coverings and businesses receiving early morning deliveries. But that is just the nature of the fantastic location. We will absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location

Lovely cottage right in town, just a few minutes from the beach, so we never had to get in the car! The house was clean and comfortable and the property manager was responsive to our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect for our family of four. The location was amazing. The property was clean and as described. There are two parking spots. We found the one off of the alley to be easier to access and it fit our mid sized SUV just fine. The beds were comfortable and clean. Everything is a short walk from the house. The beach is beautiful and only took about 2-3 minutes to walk to. It’s only about a 20 minute drive down to Dana Point and a 20 minute drive up to Newport Beach. The restaurant options right in town are endless with so many different types of cuisine and levels of dining. Make sure to go to Gelato Paradiso for a sweet treat. We were told that people drive an hour and a half just get gelato from here. I believe it. La Sirena Grill, which is right across the street from the property is awesome! They have great breakfast burritos and tacos. Shirley’s Bagels is also a great spot for bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Alessa is a must if you are craving real Italian cuisine. The location and property is great, the town is clean and quaint and the beach is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
