The cottage’s style and appearance are accurately reflected in our listing photographs and description, so guests can appreciate its distinctive charm before booking. It is intentionally a classic beach cottage, not a contemporary home. We also take housekeeping extremely seriously and maintain high standards of cleanliness. We regret that your personal impression differed from the experience reflected in the many positive reviews shared by our guests over the years. Hi, thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately, you were here at the peak of our extreme heat wave and we had so many visitors to Laguna seeking refuge from the inland heat. It was an extra busy time and while there is traffic on the Coast Highway, it was really beyond normal over the past couple of weeks. Also we had groups of people in a couple of neighboring homes, which is very unusual. I expect it’s for the same reasons above.
