The home is in a tucked away quiet neighborhood that is convenient to everything. Three living spaces plus a spacious outdoor deck and yard. Great vacation home for families. In addition- conveniently located home to stay if you are attending an event at the DE Turf.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No exceptions.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is not for guest use.
This property is not equipped with cable. Guests can stream with their own accounts.
Lawn care service comes every Tuesday during the summer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. No street parking in the neighborhood.
