Welcome to your stylish and luxurious retreat in the Colinas Turquesa condo complex located on the hills of Coco. This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo boasts breathtaking ocean views from the living room and both bedrooms. The condo is immaculately clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and comfortable environment for your stay. The main strip of town and the beach is only a short 5 minute drive, with the closest grocery store only 2 minutes away!

The Colinas Turquesa complex is located on the hills of the Coco Valley. This is the main reason for the stunning ocean views. Walking up or downhill from the complex is about a 5 minute incline, plus an additional 5-10 minute walk to the closest grocery store and another 20 minutes to downtown. Alternatively, it is only a 5 minute drive to downtown and there are also plenty of parking spaces available in front of the complex.

In order to access the condo, guests will need to go one flight of stairs. There is no elevator available and there is only one entrance available. In order to access the pool, guests will need to go down another flight of stairs.

Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space, perfect for keeping your belongings organized during your stay. Both bathrooms are en-suite, providing privacy and convenience for all guests.

The spacious open concept kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a large fridge and even a dishwasher, making meal preparation and clean-up a breeze. You won’t have to worry about whether the water is safe to drink at this condo, as there is filter system throughout. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or relax in the living room, which also offers stunning ocean views.

Step outside onto the long balcony and take in the fresh ocean breeze while lounging on the comfortable seating area. The propane BBQ is perfect for cooking up a delicious meal while enjoying the beautiful views.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

The unit is located on the same floor as the pool around 20 steps down from the main entrance. It might not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties.
