We love return guests—and you’ll likely be one of them! This spacious 1,400 sq. ft. condo on the west end of Panama City Beach offers everything you need for a relaxing, memorable stay: breathtaking ocean views, steps to the sand, and updated resort amenities including brand-new pickleball courts, remodeled showers, and a refreshed fitness center.

The Space

Primary Suite: King bed, sliding balcony doors, walk-in closet, large bath with tiled walk-in shower, soaking tub & private water closet.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with closet & newly tiled walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk + twin trundle, with access to the updated hall bath.

Extra Sleeping: New queen sleeper sectional (no uncomfortable bar!), twin air mattress & pack-and-play.

Living Area
Relax in style with generous seating, swivel chairs, shiplap accent wall, and an electric fireplace. A large flatscreen TV plus ROKU-equipped TVs in every room make streaming easy.

Kitchen & Dining
Fully equipped with granite counters, stainless appliances, high-end coffee maker (brew & pods), Ninja blender, toaster, griddle, bakeware, cookware & serving essentials—everything you’d find at home, and more. Six dining chairs and 4 counter stools at the island.

Perfect location

This Is The Place!

Easy rental process. Great communication with "Tammy" our host. Beautiful condo, great location on west end of PCB near several grocery stores. We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this great condo! It is located on the less busy end of the beach. There’s not as much traffic, and the short distance to Winn-Dixie grocery is a plus. It has easy access from the stairs to the beach, so there’s no need to wait on an elevator unless you wish. We also appreciated the convenient parking. Tammy was quick to respond to questions. Don’t hesitate to book!

Beach Trip Oct 2023

The condo was very nice with plenty of extras included. Beautiful views and great location being west of all the hustle and bustle. This was my first trip since my wife passed and it was a very special time for me and my daughters to celebrate her. Will always remember this trip!

Beautiful Condo w/Amazing Views

We had a wonderful vacation at this condo. The Condo was spotless when we arrived. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The views from the living room and main bedroom were incredible. It was an easy walk to the beach. We loved that we could easily go up to make lunch and still see the kids playing on the beach (we left one adult with them of course).

Best condo in PCB

We have been coming to PCB for years and this condo was hands down our favorite. It’s updated and so clean. As a mom of 4 (13, 10, 5, 1) the amazing vacuum really made a world of difference when it came to sand coming in from the beach! We had an amazing stay and Tammy was easy to reach and very accommodating!

Excellent Condo

The view was amazing! Everything you could have imagined they had for you to use. The condo was clean and up to date and the owner was so easy to work with! Even went out of her way to get an umbrella for us. We will definitely be back!!

This condo exceeded my expectations. Tammy was wonderful and quick to respond. Condo was well kept, full kitchen appliances, w/d, beautifully decorated, and great location! We love to go to Thomas’ donuts, the room is on the 2nd floor which is where the overpass from the parking garage.is located. We will be staying here next year!

The BEST Vacation!

I could write a book about how much we loved our vacation and it had alot to do with us having this room! We have stayed at alot of different places since we were kids and this was by far our favorite! The location and the condo itself was great! The employees were all super friendly and worked constantly to keep it clean and tidy. Being on the second floor made everything so simple and easy since it was the same floor as the cross walk. Tammy was the most amazing host and was always just an email away when needed. We've only been back home for a few hours and we're already missing it!

Outstanding property

This property is a must for your next vacation. We stayed the first week of April and couldn’t have had a better experience. You feel like you are right on the beach, but it allows you to sit on your balcony and have some shade when you want to get out of the sun. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so roomy and allows for so much privacy. It is clean and has everything necessary for cooking meals or blending beach drinks!!! Tammy answered every question immediately, and was so helpful with things to do and places to go. We will definitely go back.

We’ve been going to FL Panhandle the last 10 years and this was our favorite place! The host was super hospitable and responded within the hour and was so nice. The condo has beautiful updates (very impressive tile work) and everything seems new. Super important were the mattresses - even the kids were new and super comfy - everyone slept like a champ. Seeing the entire condo layout, I believe this unit is the best in the entire complex - walkway directly to 2nd floor, making loading/unloading easy. Away from the pools so no noise, close to stairs and second walkway to beach (public access). The view was great and enjoyed the double sliding doors with magnificent views. The beach itself is the same as the others around (we stayed at Rosemary and Inlet the last 2 years and this beach was the same quality). We’ll be aiming to visit again next year!

We have provided our guests with clean and comfortable accommodations that are well appointed and stocked. The view from the balcony is exceptional and the provided beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella, and backpack cooler allow guests to stay on the beach all day and never leave the property during their stay! This condo is one stairwell/floor down to toes in the sand.
