We have stayed at regency towers many times. They do a good job maintaining an older building and grounds.

Everything about the place was dirty, and worn out that that's as delicate delicately as I could say it!

You're staying in a building that was built 40 years ago. This isn't advertised as an updated unit, there are some that are fully renovated but they are priced well above ours. You sent us a photo of a baseboard that came loose and asked for a refund. The unit is clean and most guests enjoy it, sorry that wasn't the case for you.

We are returning from a 2 week stay here.This unit is perfect for travelers that have mobility issues or children that love the heated pool as it is directly in front of the elevator and pool walkway. The pool noise was a little much with pool bar Playlist and children. That made it difficult to enjoy the sound of the gulf. However, our stay was during Fall Break so that was a contribuiting factor.The lack of cleanliness was an issue. The floors were kinda grimy and the baseboards and cabinets needed attention. Furniture also could stand a cleaning..which I expect after a summer of fun. A trip to the Dollar General for some cleaning supplies and the OCD in me could relax. Some slight mold in the bathroom...but it is Florida.Parking was a flat 40 for the stay and we always found a spot that satisfied us.Beach service was very attentive and always available to adjust umbrellas and see to our needs. They kept us up to date on what to expect from the weather and were more accurate than the TV Weather forecasts. Security did an amazing job at keeping the place peaceful and family friendly . Shout out to Tony for his patience and friendliness. We used VRBO for reservations so everything was arranged and ready upon arrival. Overall I would recommend this unit for location, comfort,price and family friendliness. If you are a solo traveler the security is much better than average and their presence was comforting.

Loved the location on the 2nd floor. Beds were comfortable and 2nd bedroom set up worked out great. Balcony furniture was comfortable and provided a nice spot for morning coffee, place for eating, playing cards, or relaxing with the view. Only negative is the unit could use some fresh paint and TLC.

Perfect Beachside Paradise

We had a great time staying here. The condo was centrally located with pool and beach views. Beautifully decorated and perfect for a girls trip or a family stay.

We had a great time. There was always friendly staff around the property cleaning different things. Being on the 2nd floor, we only used the elevator for luggage or grocery hauls. The unit was clean, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the beach chairs, the Sand Bar drinks & food, and all of the things to do in the area. Would love to visit again.

Great week at the beach

This is a great place to stay. The only negative was the elevators. They are crowded and slow. Thankfully we were on the second floor and were able to just use the stairs. I love the 24 hour security.

Great location

Loved the location. Although regency Towers is an old condominium building… we actually stayed there in 1996…they are working on doing needed upgrades. Our unit was fine! We had some initial issues, but within minutes of calling maintenance they were up in our condo and taking care of things. neither of the slider doors worked, but we were told to leave them open because the rollers were broken. We did, so it was not an issue. No bugs so the screens weren’t needed. We loved only having to take the stairs, one flight to get to the pool! We could not have had better weather! The view was great.

Thanks Mary! Unfortunately you must've reached out to Regency Towers Maintenance as we never received a call from you. To future guests please note the sliding doors are new and work perfectly fine, I believe Mary was having an issue with the screen doors. To protect the unit from the harsh salty air we do not want guests leaving the doors open, sounds like she was trying to do that and use the screen doors instead. But Mary we're happy you enjoyed your stay and hope you'll visit again!

Great Experience

We had a great experience with our first time staying at Regency Towers. This property was very clean and nice upon our arrival and it met all of our expectations. They supplied plenty of towels, just don’t forget to bring extra washing powders, dish liquid, paper towels, and trash bags. I forgot to bring mine, so we had to run out and grab some, but that wasn’t a problem at all. It was very convenient being on the second floor, so much so we just used the stairs and never even had to fool with the hassle of waiting on the elevators. The views were amazing from our balcony…and from our master bedroom. Despite us not being able to get into the gulf because of double red flags the whole week that we were there.. we still had an amazing time and made the best out of the situation. It was also very nice to find the board games, puzzles, and uno cards to play with underneath the tv stand during our downtime. I would definitely book this property again it has everything you could possibly need and more. Ohh and the Tiki Hut by the pool was also so nice and convenient! They had great food and the drinks were delicious… you have to get a frozen pineapple drink!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great time and find it hard to complain about anything because we feel blessed to be on vacation. We did find it hard to enjoy the balcony since it was to close to the pool but we knew that in advance and the location of the condo did make it nice to use the stairs. We found several dishes that were not clean. The condo needs some cookie sheets and more silverware however we did make do. It would be nice to have an ottoman or a recliner but again did not effect our stay. We had a few problems with the elevators when we used them. We pushed 13 to go visit friends and people got on at 9 and the elevator went down. That happened several times. The carts are also to small. With all that said, we loved our stay. Thank you.

BOOK THIS ROOM! Pros:1. I was weary about a 2nd floor unit as we normally stay higher up. I don't think I will ever go back to a high unit. The 2nd floor was incredible! Great view of beach & pool (there was never noise from the pool inside, even during peak times of the day). The BEST part was no elevator. 14 steps up & the room is right there! Popping up to the room was so easy. 2. The condo is just as pictured. It was very clean. Now, some trim, baseboards & fixtures are a little beat up or older but it was totally fine. 3. Comfy beds. 4. Staff was great. They keep the grounds looking really nice! 5. The pool is fantastic! There are two but we only stayed on our "side". Very busy but always had space. Some people have complained about the security at the pool. They shouldn't have. Security will tell you to keep drinks out of the pool (pretty standard), no balls or floats (so you have room and don't get slammed in the face by some 8 year old throwing a football) & if you are blaring your speaker so loud that every other person can't hear their own music at their chairs they will ask you to turn it down. I was thankful they were there. Never used the hot tub (indoors) because it was too crowded.6. Free beach chairs for the stay (get them on day 1!)Cons: barely a problem1. Check in to get parking pass was a little hectic but manageable. 2. Back bedroom is by stairs/elevator so it can be loud sometimes. 3. The Sandbar (snack shack by pool) was nice but pricey.

PERFECT location. PERFECT vacation!!

The location of this bldg is away from the congested areas, but restaurants & stores are very close. Three grocery stores are mins away. The location of this particular unit is PERFECT. It's right off the elevator, it's on the 2nd floor & a quick flight of stairs if the elevators are busy. This condo is equipped with whatever you need - cookware, coffee pot, toaster, silverware, glasses, dishes, etc. There is a large table that seats 6 & 3 additional bar stools at the counter. There's an automatic icemaker in the freezer. The washer/dryer also came in very handy as well. (It's not large, but it works great and does the job!) The balcony has very nice furniture - table with 4 chairs and then a high top table with 2 chairs. It's very roomy and we were out there often. There are two large pools so it didn't feel like you were on top of everyone. The beach is a private beach and just steps away from the pool, which was GREAT! The tiki bar and snack bar were pretty reasonably priced. WE LOVED THIS UNIT & THIS PROPERTY! These are NOT complaints AT ALL-just a few tips: Don't forget to bring your own beach towels. If you plan on cooking, plan ahead - salt&pepper shakers, foil, bags, wraps etc for leftovers. There are no ceiling fans in bedrooms BUT there are large fans in the closets that did the job. A sponge, dish soap, paper towels & dishwasher pods are provided. No tissues or napkins are there, so bring extras. Also bring hangers if you'll need them. WE LOVED THIS PLACE!!!
