The space
Upon entering, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking meals with a dining area and living room where you can either watch a movie or have a drink and just sit back and relax. There is also a serenely decorated guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom.

Outside, in the manicured backyard, you’ll find a private pool and terrace with chic lounge chairs, dining table with seating, and a gas BBQ grill for your enjoyment.

On the 2nd floor, the master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private full bathroom, together with a Smart TV and a very spacious terrace and large hot tub Jacuzzi, perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets. The last guest bedroom with 2 twin-sized beds also has a private, full bathroom together with a smaller balcony perfect for getting some fresh air as you start the day.

The villa has high-speed WIFI, Smart TV, ceiling fans and air conditioning in every room, and elegant décor throughout = everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation with the luxury and comfort you, your family and friends deserve!

With a selection of superb amenities, here, you will find everything you can imagine to satisfy your most demanding desires of well-being: two kilometers of beach, beautiful palm trees, lush tropical greenery, two magnificent first-class golf courses, a marina, a beach club, tennis and basketball courts, delicious food, spa and relaxation areas …all within walking distance of the villa!

Once you arrive at the main gates of the complex, simply give the name in which the reservation is under and you’ll be allowed to proceed to the villa. Once there, easily check yourself in with the lockbox where the key will be stored and you can access it with a code.
Other things to note
**QUIET HOURS: This is a residential complex and you must respect the tranquility of the property owners who live here are well as other guests. QUIET HOURS START AT 8PM SUNDAY-THURSDAYS AND AT 10PM FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS. Serious or multiple complaints of conduct made by others will result in evection of the property by security without refund for breach of noise violations. There is a $250 fee for all infractions. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.


**GETTING AROUND INSIDE THE COMPLEX: We recommend you rent a car or one of our golf carts to get around the complex because it is very big and walking in the heat can be exhausting.
