This stunning property nestled in a prime location near the beach offers an array of desirable features that are sure to captivate. With its private pool, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and a dock, this home provides a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and waterfront living.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR ANY PARTIES AT THE PROPERTY.

A boat will be parked at the back of the property, towards the canal area. It is forbidden to touch or approach the boat. There will be a camera directed towards the boat (without affecting the privacy of the guests). A $300 charge will be made to guests who disrespect this rule.

Renters DO NOT have access to the boat lift.

Please ensure that the photography entities are verified to be insured with both workers’ compensation and general liability coverages. As this amenity is not covered by the vacation rental program, we advise that the photographer is required to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) before the check-in since the COI is part of the contract agreement for the stay.

Great times in Pompano!

This was a great spot for me and four other friends. Comfortably slept all 5 of us. The property is beautiful and in clean/great condition. All local food deliveries comes right away and Uber accessible. AC works incredibly well and should not be trifled with. 3 TVs was also clutch and wifi worked great. The pool was clean and the water was perfect. We would deffinetly consider returning in the future! The only issue(s) we had was with the grill on the property. It has not been cleaned in some time so after grilling a few burgers for the boys, the grill continued to burn due go excess grease and got a bit sketchy. It also doesnt light on its own. After a little while with the gas off and grill closed it went out but we did not use it again. Finally, the oven could use some cleaning as well because it got a bit smokey when we opted to bake instead of using the grill. Besides this, we had a perfect time and a great spot!

This beautiful home is located in Knoll Ridge which is a relaxing, family-oriented neighborhood in Pompano Beach Florida. In a calm and quiet area that is less than 15 minutes from Pompano Beach where you can enjoy fine dining, beautiful beaches, bars, shops and so much more!

The house is perfectly located near two major highways and just a short 5 to 10 min drive from all the restaurants, nightlife, and beautiful outdoor views Pompano has to offer. You are also a short Uber ride from the beach, airport to help maximize your stay in this one-of-a-kind city!
