The pool and views are amazing.

Had such a great vacation. Home was in a great neighborhood and along a canal. The pool and jacuzzi were very private, great time with great friends.

Awesome!!!

As first time VRBO renters our experience was fantastic. We stayed for the month of February. It was a nice safe neighborhood close to almost everything that one would need. The host was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place

Relaxing stay

This property is welcoming, easy to adapt to and has a relaxing environment. The communications with the owner are efficient. The location is practical and there is much to do in the area. The pool and terrace layout are a great place to hang out.

Relaxing

Overall it was just as advertised Only thing I would have preferred is to have landscaper to clean up the property once a week.Inside was clean and had everything we needed

We have a landscaper go by every 3 weeks or so to cut grass, trim and clean up but I think at certain times of the year it may be useful to have him go more often to deal with the changing seasons.

Beautiful!

We had a great time with family. Beautiful home, clean and spacious. A pool and hot tub with a view on the canal were all wonderful. Thoroughly relaxing. Hope to be back next year.

comfortable master bed

Very nice house beautiful pool and yard. Needs a table and chairs for eating outside and some comfortable lounge chairs. All else perfect.

Fantastic

We came for spring break and the house was located in a great neighborhood, neighbors were friendly. The house is very well kept, everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Pool and hot tub was perfect. Definitely would stay again. Any questions I had Nigel answered them immediately. I would highly recommend!

Great Place!!

Had a fantastic time. Property is beautiful, clean. Kids loved the pool and hot tub, and fishing in the canal (no luck though!). Owners responded quickly to questions. Location is short drive to Pompano Beach, and Ft Lauderdale and Del Ray Beach are 30 min away. Pompano Community Park has nice playground and running path.

Getaway in the sun

We loved the location. Short drive to the ocean and many restaurants. Close enough drive to Fort Lauderdale and airport. Received excellent information on everything from the hosts. Had a issue with the hot tub but received quick response and fix within a day. Highly recommended. Would rent again if we ever return to the area.

The host was amazing in every way ..very easy to communicate with… the best part is waking up on the canal with a beautiful sunrise! Very convenient short easy ride to a beautiful beach with restaurants… grocery stores, and all the conveniences minutes away… there is a lot of space in this home, and a patio with lush greenery ,beautiful pool & hot tub made it the perfect setting to enjoy life with family & friends .

Wonderful Birthday Present

First time using home away and it was a very good experience. Nigel was very accommodating. Even with last-minute changes to the amount of people coming everything worked out great had a wonderful stay in a very nice home . Would highly recommend .

Lynne, Jarett and Steven were wonderful guests. Great at communicating through text or online chat. Took care of our home. Let us know we had a slight drip leak from one of the faucets. We were able to address this quickly before the leak caused any water damage. Very thoughtful and easy going.

We just returned from an incredible week at Casa Mahogany with my wife and our two kids, and it was one of the best family vacations we’ve had. From the moment we pulled up, we felt welcomed into a true tropical oasis. The house is beautifully maintained, spacious, and spotless—open layout with water views from almost every room made it feel airy and relaxing right away.The private pool and hot tub were the absolute highlights for our family. The kids (and honestly, the adults too!) spent hours splashing in the beautiful pool, lounging in the Jacuzzi overlooking the wide canal. The backyard is magical—surrounded by tropical plants, that massive mahogany tree and a good spot for fishing. Inside, everything was comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for home-cooked meals, the beds were comfortable and the living room with the big TV was great.The host was super responsive and helpful, making check-in simple. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend—10/10 from our crew!

Casa Mahogany: The Perfect Vacation Home

We had a great time at Casa Mahogany. The backyard was absolutely the best part. We used the spa a lot this time of the year, and the boys especially enjoyed catching many different types of fish off the dock. They recommend using live shrimp from Aces bait shop. The beach was a short drive away and easy to find parking at. Also, I recommend Little Italian for pizza. Nigel the owner was easy to work with although we had no issues during our stay. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend this property for family vacations!

Great place to stay in Pompano Beach!

This is a wonderful home to stay in Pompano Beach! We were a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 children). The home was equipped very well, was a wonderful thing to barbeque in Floridas warm night and sit outside by the pool. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Our group thought the home was even better than on the photos, we would definetely stay there again if we ever come back to Florida. Nigel and Maria always replied to our messages quikly and were very helpful. The location was perfect, a quiet neigborough but close to restaurants and grocery stores. But of course you need a car. Perfect place for a vacation!

Family Thanksgiving

As soon as you walk through the door you know you are where you are supposed to be. The home is beautiful and large enough to accommodate our family of 10 for our Thanksgiving dinner. The outdoor scenery is stunning! We could not have asked for better hosts. Nigel was concerned for our happiness, comfort, and was so understanding when we were “surprised “ with a visit from our family from North Carolina. Casa Mahogany is an amazing home with amazing hosts. Thank you!

We totally enjoyed our stay here over Spring Break. The backyard is so peaceful with the pool, hot tub, a great view and canal breezes to keep you cool. The house is set up great for large or small groups. Bedrooms have good separation and there are many futons available for kids. The bathrooms make you feel that you are at a spa! The owners have stocked the house with lots of extras like pool toys, fishing poles and laundry supplies which make it super convenient and they are very responsive if you need anything. Lastly Pompano is a great town and the beach is really nice too. Thank you Nigel and Maria!

Beautiful Pool!

We enjoyed our time here! The pool is big and so beautiful with the canal in the background. Our only complaint was the the hot tub didn't work properly. It would only heat when the bubbles were on full blast which is quite uncomfortable after awhile. I also wish there would have been more pool towels, pillowcases for the extra pillows and a starter bottle of detergent. The living room TV also broke but the owner was quick to purchase a replacement. Overall I would recommend this place!

Glad you enjoyed your stay especially the backyard and the pool. Yes the air buttons to the Spa can sometimes get water in the lines and not work or stick. What I should have thought to have told you is to get the Spa to desired temperature and turn it off. That would have worked and it stays warm for a long time. Not encountered this situation as most guest like the bubbles and jets. Surprised at not enough pool towels. We provide a basket (7) of older towels (just more faded colors) in addition to the newer pool towels (1 each). Need to check with housekeeper. I wish would have asked me about the pillow cases we have these in the spare 3rd room.in the dresser. I'll make a point of specifying that in the future. Thanks for your patience with TV. Glad we got it resolved quickly in these tricky supply and demand challenges times we are having.

Our family stayed in this particular location so we could be near family and on the water. The house was very clean and very spacious - all the rooms were good sized and the bathrooms were updated nicely – 2 1/2 baths were quite welcomed.. The area is convenient to lots - only 4 mins to a Publix and restaurants, etc. I would say that, when we booked, although advertised as a three bedroom, the third bedroom is actually a converted den (which worked fine) with two futons, not actual beds. These could work for a small child or person, but not for our 18-yr-old.

Paula and family were pleasant, helpful and easy to host. In the near future we will be looking to add a bed to the 3rd bedroom / lounge but will also continue to keep the sofabeds/futons as a sitting area in this large room. So for smaller groups of guest this can continue to provide an area as a relaxing lounge as well as a bedroom.
