Retreat to this newly listed, elegant, gated Tuscan Villa, and separate private Casita, where Italian-influenced architecture combines with Spanish-influenced design to create exquisite Old World charm. The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms and boasts a bright, fully-equipped kitchen, which opens to a quaint backyard, for exquisite inside and outside dining. The interior is immaculately decorated for sophisticated living. Stairs lead from the main floor living area with kitchen, dining room, powder room, family room and living room to the second floor master suite, guest bedrooms and guest bath. A private Casita, has an additional bedroom, kitchenette, a full bathroom, and opens to it's own secret garden. The property has off-street parking for up to three cars. Best place

Could not have stayed at a better place for my wedding! Owner was soo communicative and even left us a bottle of Prosecco. It was such a phenomenal lovely experience.

Stunning home in the heart of La Jolla

This home is luxury at its finest, from the home design, to the decor, to the landscape; it is all top notch. The owner and property manager were very attentive when we reached out with a small issue. They replied within 10 minutes and a solution was in place not too long after that. Our family really enjoyed the stay and are looking forward to staying there again.

Incredible home with a perfect location!

The home is clearly loved, all the details being well-attended to. We enjoyed having real plants throughout the house, and the art is moving, thoughtful, and impressive. As a group of ten with four kids, the location--walkable to all parts of La Jolla's Cove and village helped our stay feel grounded in the gorgeous environment and relaxed in our ease of movement.

Weekend Getaway

We were on a weekend getaway trip with good friends (2 couples). The property was great! Walkable to places in La Jolla, easy to uber to other places in San Diego. Clean, and spacious property. Lots of parking in the driveway. The property managers were awesome! We were arriving early in the day and they allowed us to drop off our suitcases at the house before check in so we could walk around and grab a bite to eat. They were quick to respond. This is a great location to stay in La Jolla.

La Jolla Family Weekend

A classy, convenient, clean, & comfortable home

We were so pleased with our stay in this beautiful home! It was within walking distance of the Cove, beaches, grocery store, and restaurants. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the property.

Wedding Weekend Stay

Our extended family came to La Jolla for our niece's wedding and stayed at this wonderful house. The house had plenty of room (especially for a wedding weekend when everyone was getting ready). We spent most of our time enjoying the kitchen area for breakfast and lunch and enjoying family time together. The casita provided some extra space, was very comfortable and where my wife and I stayed. The house is very centrally located in town and was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and most of the wedding activities. We loved our stay and look forward to returning to La Jolla for a family vacation.

Excellent La Jolla Villa

I cant say enough good things about this beautiful home in La Jolla. Truly a Villa with great views and amazing furnishings. The best part was the location, as we were able to walk to coffee houses, galleries, restaurants and the La Jolla Cove to visit the seals & sea lions each morning. What a treat! The Villa has a inviting vibe with unique and delightful pieces of art & collectives.It is obvious that Michael has lived a life of adventure and color.We all had plenty of room and privacy, the bedding was elegant and comfortable & the home was fully stocked. We enjoyed this home so much! Will definitely return to La Jolla & the Villa.

Wonderful stay

The property is very well maintained, excellent for groups, even has a casita for surly teens. Stocked with every essential. Towels galore, great beds with plenty of pillows. Location is 5 minutes walk from the best of LaJolla Village, and a nice 15 minute walk to LaJolla Shores. Highly recommend!

Great location in La Jolla

The “Spanish villa” was a classic, comfortable and private location for our family of five in La Jolla (San Diego) at Thanksgiving time. So close to the La Jolla beach with great sunsets and the seals! Also close to restaurants and shopping.

Will definitely stay here again!

Wow! This property has everything! Spectacular house with a casita in a fabulous location! The amenities are wonderful and the host was very communicative. My whole family loved staying here, and my 85 year old parents enjoyed the privacy of the casita. Would definitely book again!

Perfect Location in the Perfect House

We just returned from a wonderful trip to La Jolla. This property is ideally located in the heart of La Jolla within walking distance of everything. The bed in the primary suite is very comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, and it is very quiet at night. Our only complaint is that the WiFi is a bit spotty. We let management know, so they should fix it for guests in the future. We wouldn't hesitate to book this property again, and I really appciated the excellent communication with the host. It's truly a five-star property!

Perfect La Jolla location!

Our family had a wonderful visit for Spring Break. The house had plenty of space and was as described in the listing. We visited La Jolla shores beach and the tide pools. We enjoyed a visit to the farmers market (held on Sundays). We highly recommend this location and would love to visit again sometime!

Incredible vacation home

We were in town for a wedding with friends and were able to stay in this lovely home for a long weekend. The home is incredible - pictures do not do it justice!! All four couples in our group had plenty of space and privacy. The home was warm and inviting and had any and all amenities you could need. The location was perfect as well, walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants and the beach! The check in/out process was a breeze! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Perfection

Stayed here with three generations of family members. Absolutely fantastic in every way walkable to restaurants and scenic sites. Easy drive to the zoo and aquarium. Check in process was so easy. Off street parking is a must in this area and we had plenty of room for that. The kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor area is beautiful. Inside and outside up kept very well.

Spectacular Home

We have stayed in numerous properties in the San Diego area and this was certainly one of the nicest. The house is gorgeous and extremely well decorated. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The location can’t be beat in La Jolla. Would certainly stay again!
