Great place to wind down with the family. We had 5 kids 6-10 and they absolutely loved playing in the ocean! The house was very comfy and was supplied with plenty of swim towels and had oodles of beach toys. The ocean is steps away from the porch. We cooked our meals with no problems. We would definitely rent again.

Best of the best!!!

I’ve been coming to Mayo Clinic for the past four years, and I’ve had the pleasure of staying with Karina and Robert for three of those four years. Their homes are absolutely beautiful, exceptionally clean, and decorated with impeccable taste. Every detail feels thoughtfully considered, creating a space that is both elegant and welcoming. What truly sets them apart, though, is their attention to detail and genuine hospitality. They provide all the essentials you need during your stay, right down to the little things like coffee filters and garbage bags, so you don’t have to spend extra money buying basic necessities. This year, since I was traveling with just my mom, Karina and Robert went above and beyond by helping us with our luggage at both check-in and check-out. That kindness meant more to us than they probably realize. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about these two. Their homes are more than just beautiful places to stay. They create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable, cared for, and truly at home. Their thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile make you feel less like a guest and more like part of their family. When you’re traveling for medical care, having a place that feels like home makes all the difference. Karina and Robert provide exactly that, and I’m incredibly grateful to have found them. If you’re looking for a place to stay where the accommodations are exceptional and the hospitality is even better, you simply cannot go wrong with them!

Lovely house right on the each, steps from the beach with an unobstucted view. Plenty of room for a family. Big common room. Large oceanfront deck. The hosts responded immediately to our questions. It was a seamless visit. I will stay here again.

We had a great time and great location especially with little kids. Being able to go back and forth to the beach and house was great and when little ones were napping, someone could be at the house and still see the ocean and not be far away from everyone else.

Everything was perfect about this stay. We had little kids and grandparents with us. The layout and space plus the beach toys and ability to have naps while others hung at the beach was perfect for our group. We actually relaxed! Location to the beach could not be better. Views were just spectacular and the house had everything we needed. Our host was super attentive to any questions. We look forward to coming back someday!!

Relaxing family vacation

Lovely property in an amazing location. The house was beyond beautiful, cozy and clean. Situated right on the beach. My family very much enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return in the future!

Great property

Amazing location right on the beach. Residential so few other beachgoers in the area and we had the beach in front of the house pretty much to ourselves. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was by far our favorite beach house ever! The house was beautiful and very clean. They had an open floor plan which has plenty of space for large gatherings. They had all amenities that you need. The oceanfront view was our favorite part! The host was great, and there was great communication making sure everything went smoothly. We will definitely come back!
Beautiful view to wake up to every morning.

We had a great stay! Beautiful home! Little bit of touch up paint needed on the exterior but this was a wonderful home to have a getaway in!

Accomadations and Customer Service was great!

I had a fantastic stay at the oceanfront beach rental! The place was clean and spacious, making it a perfect getaway. Communication with the host was clear and pleasant throughout my visit. I highly recommend it!

Genuinely a beach house find!

Comfortable, child friendly, well appointed accommodations for a relaxing family vacation. Close enough to St. Augustine sites and great restaurants, yet wonderful to just stay there and watch the sunrise on the deck. Then you can watch the beautiful sunset over the wildlife preserve on the opposite side of the house in the evening. Truly a gem!

Great relaxing spot

Lovely place on beach. Great living space and deck. Super relaxing quiet spot.Outside shed with chairs, umbrellas and grill were all a hot mess. Broken rusty chairs and umbrellas should be replaced as well as the tired grill.

Beautiful, Comfortable Open floor-plan - Great for families!

We rented this home for a family reunion and it had everything we could possibly need to accommodate our group. Loved the open dining/living area and the furniture was so comfortable and relaxing. We had great conversations in the sitting area andd loved being right on the beach. Kids loved it there. I would highly recommend. We will be back.

Family Vacation

We rented this home for our family vacation that included our family of six and my parents making it a total of eight people staying in the home. We could not have asked for a better home as it was the perfect size for us. The location is amazing as the beach is literally at the bottom of the stairs!

Diamond on the Beach

If you are looking to relax and enjoy the beach this is your place. My husband and I loved this charming beachhouse. Very clean, well laid out, one floor was a plus. Close to restaurants and grocery. We will be back very soon! Thank you for having us!

Wonderful beach getaway!

We loved this property so much, we plan to rent it again for some sister/family time next summer. It was such a relaxing place to wind down after traveling and to reconnect with family. There was plenty of space, and we had everything we needed, including wifi for the kiddos. The owners were so wonderful aboit communication and provided a full guide with useful information ahead of our check-in, which I deeply appreciated. Highly recommended!
