Designerhjem med anlagt baggård på Atlanterhavet

Nybygget hjem beliggende direkte på Atlanterhavet. Vi er lige færdige med opførelsen i 2013. Over 3000 kvadratmeter indvendig plads giver rigelig plads til grupper op til 12 i antal. Stort soveværelse / badeværelse suite ligger på første sal. Fuldt udstyret, moderne køkken er perfekt til orkestrering af middagsfester. Nedenunder stue og spisestue og en afslappende screenet veranda med loftsventilator er perfekt til at sparke tilbage. Stort ovenpå område med et andet underholdningsrum og tre rummelige soveværelser afslutter planløsningen. Den tilstødende balkon ovenpå er perfekt til at fange solen og vinden.

Kæmpe indhegnet baghave med masser af plads til leg og afslapning og små fester - sjældent anlagt parti med palmer og privat blomsterhave. Adgang til stranden tilbydes af en privat catwalk. Den smukke udsigt over solopgang og solnedgang definerer ejendommen.

Nice house great location! The host was extremely responsive both before and during our stay. Kitchen was well stocked and house is well maintained. Would consider staying in the future.

Great beach house

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, beds were nice, family room and kitchen are spacious. There are beautiful ocean views downstairs and upstairs. It is right on the ocean. It was cold when we were there so we did not go on the beach much, so it was great to have the beautiful views. It is so close to St. Augustine and restaurants. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Hope to go back in the future.

Great Getaway!

Owners could not have been nicer and more accessible. We only stayed for a short time but the house was just what we needed. The views were amazing and it was nice to have a little yard in the back. The beach was private and vast. Will be back!

GREAT STAY AT A GREAT BEACH HOUSE.

Stayed a week & had a great time. very spacious indoors & out. open living area, nice yard in back with screened porch on one side & a covered patio on the other. just a few steps down to the beach off the boardwalk. kitchen has everything you need and more. we will be staying again for sure. Jessica & Fred are great hosts.

Great vacation at Rising Tide

We had a fabulous beach vacation with our children and grandchildren. The beach was just steps from the beach house no steps to climb. Rising Tide is so spacious so our family could gather around the large dining room table or spend time alone in their favorite spot. Fred and Jessica were so helpful in making our beach vacation fun and relaxing.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We spent 4 glorious months at this property. It was perfect in every way. There was plenty of room for guests upstairs and a great master bedroom and bathroom for us on the first floor. Guests loved their separate living room and deck. The beach was secluded and beautiful. It’s between St Augustine and Ponte Vedra. Plenty to do and lots of great restaurants. The house has everything you need for an awesome stay. We’re already booked for next year.

Million dollar view

Love this home. Grass good for pets to go out! Room for family at the table. Steps to beach, so easy to run up to house. Private beach, do not see many others! Perfect !

Thanksgiving

The property delivered!! Spacious house with amazing view of ocean! Kitchen had everything you needed. We loved the screened porch. The owners are quick to respond to any question. We would definitely book again on our next visit to the area!! Highly recommend.

Beautiful beach home

Beautiful home!! There was everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Great for a multiple family vacation. Beautiful quiet beach and gorgeous sun rises. Close to St. Augustine and beautiful trails across the road at the nature preserve. I would highly recommend this home! Only negative was the pull out couch bed is in very rough shape.. very shaky (unsturdy) and noisy. Would go back in a heart beat!!

Family vacation

We can not say enough about this beautiful, well stocked home right on the beach. Absolutely stunning views from within the home as well as on the 3 different decks. We wondered how it would be with no pool for the week. It wasn’t even missed. There were plenty of chairs, boogie boards and toys for everyone. We had the Florida man come out and give us fishing lessons from the beach. It was such a fun activity. We caught everything from whitening, catfish, to baby sharks. A couple hammer heads as well as a black tailed shark. Plenty of room for everyone. The owners even replaced the washing machine while we were there wish I feel is great service. We recommend this home to any group wanting spectacular views with comfortable beds. Nothing negative at all in our experience. Thank you for letting us spend some relaxing family time in your home.

christmas vacation

We took our eldest son's family to stay here and it was a terrific time. We looked for shells on the beach and created lots of sand buildings. Being met with a bottle of wine and coffee to start off was a thoughtful gesture. Our only suggestion would be since we arrived after dark in the pouring rain to place somewhere very prominent the house numbers- we passed the house 3 times before we figured out it was the correct house. Many thanks for allowing us to share your house.

S. Ponte Vedra House - Relaxing!

The good: Welcoming home directly on the ocean. We were a group of 9, ages 20 to 85. A bit tight upstairs with 7 adults and three of them singles, but we expected that. Kitchen counters and bathrooms have granite and were cleaned adequately. The kitchen is well stocked. Towels, linens, soaps, etc. are provided with plenty for refills. Lots of room to spread out and big table and extra seating for group dinners. Check-in was easy. The beach is quiet as public access isn't close which we considered a plus. Many shells, good fishing and nice seating at the end of the walkway. The not so good: As others have mentioned the mattresses are sub-par. This would keep us from returning.

Best beach house ever

We had a wonderful and relaxing week here. The pictures do not do the house justice. The wide open layout was perfect to hang out with the family. The kitchen was well equipped for all our meals. The cabinet space was amazing. The boardwalk to the beach was very short which made it convenient for going back and forth with kids and for many drinks. We absolutely loved how quiet the beach was and saw many beautiful sunrises directly at the end of the boardwalk. Also seen plenty of dolphins I think we seen some everyday. Everyone found many sharks teeth the entire family cannot wait to return. Fred and Jessica are very pleasant to deal with and very nice owners. Thanks for sharing your home. There are not enough words to describe this Best beach house ever. Thanks again

We had such an amazing time at the beach house! The property was exactly as described — quiet, private, and exceptionally clean. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, and the easy access to the beach made every day feel effortless and relaxing.The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we really appreciated how peaceful the area was. It felt like our own private retreat! The owner was fantastic to work with — very responsive, friendly, and made the entire stay simple and enjoyable.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Very pleased with our stay. Property was as described. Love the high ceilings and open design of ground floor. Home is obviously well cared for. We have rented several houses in this area over the years - many have problems with Palmetto bugs (cockroaches) - none here, thank goodness.Kitchen well appointed. Everything you need to fix meals instead of dining out every meal. Would have liked some plastic storage bowls with lids for leftovers. Would suggest some family games and puzzles. We had several days of rain and had to get creative to keep kids entertained.Lots of toys for the beach. Nothing lacking there.Had a great time - can't wait to come back.

Family Beach Vacation

Our family really enjoyed being together at Southern Tide. Fred and Jessica’s beach home is perfect for our children and for our grandchildren. The space is perfect for family time or for individual quiet time. The beach is just steps away from the home. We’re so grateful to have found this beach home that is perfect for all of our needs.

Steps to the beech no wagon needed!

We had such a wonderful time. The home was the perfect for our friend reunion. Everyone was comfortable and there was plenty of seating for 10. It’s always a treat to be steps from the ocean and close to St. Augustine. The hosts were very communicative and available if we needed anything. We would 100% stay here again.

Exactly what we expected!!!

Our family has stayed at this home several times over the years, and it always delivers. We love this part of the beach because it's less crowded. The home is well kept and spacious. Our dog had a blast!!! Frederick and Jessica are wonderful hosts. Thank you for more memories we won't forget!

I've called Jacksonville home for 25 years and have served as an emergency physician in the area since completing my residency at Shand's Hospital. Having traveled extensively along the Florida coast, I can confidently say that South Ponte Vedra Beach is one of the most beautiful and unspoiled regions in the state. The coastal wildlife, from the expansive bird preserve across the street to the vibrant St. John's River fishery, is unparalleled.

Our house is situated on the northern part of South Ponte Vedra Beach, a particularly sought-after area. Across A1A lies Guana River State Park, home to a large tidal estuary and a bird and wildlife preserve. This vast preserve attracts an abundance of pelicans, ospreys, egrets, cranes, and wood storks, which you can often see flying overhead and feeding in the ocean. This section of the beach remains free from commercial development, preserving its natural beauty. The beach is wider in this area than it is further south and remains largely untouched by the potential erosion that storms can bring.

The house is large (3000 sf) and rebuilt in 2013. As such, guests enjoy a vacation right on the sand without having to tolerate the musty, beach-shack experience that can be found in older homes. As the photos portray, the house is well appointed and beautifully decorated.
