About this space
Congratulations! You have found a secret oasis in a city of half million people.This is a spectacular property in the center of the city with impressive views and total privacy, dog friendly and centrally located less than 15 minutes to any outlying part of town. This is not just a house, it’s a lifestyle, one of a kind and truly a special place!
The space
This level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths featuring a living and dining area, an impressive wood burning brick fireplace, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, and full-size range, microwave, and stackable washer/dryer. Since the property is on the side of a cliff, the lower level is above ground and features views from every window and a fabulous deck for barbecues with a gas fire pit and a hot tub for relaxing. The driveway is designated for your private parking. There is room for 2 cars.

The owner maintains occupancy at the upper level of the house which has a separate entrance. No INTERNAL shared spaces or EXTERNAL shared spaces (Hot tub, bbq area,patio and parking area). Further down the slope you will find many hidden treasures. There are more rock formations including a giant rock with a huge tree growing in the middle of it. There is a ledge where you can place a bench to sit back with a cocktail and enjoy nature. You can take nature walks to look for antlers, rocks, or driftwood.

Whole Lower Level of the house, patio and backyard.

Other things to note: We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While on the property, guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings. By booking, guests acknowledge that the homeowner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the stay.

Children must be supervised at all times by an adult when using the hot tub. Do not bring glass in or near the hot tub.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! This truly felt like a home away from home. The house was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need. Traveling with 6 adults and 1 child, space and convenience were important—and this place delivered perfectly.The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The little details made a big difference and showed how much care the hosts put into making guests feel welcome.Communication was easy and responsive, and the home was exactly as described (if not better). We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to families or larger groups looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay.

This was the most beautiful place we’ve ever rented. The views are stunning and the property itself is gorgeous. Very nice hosts who provided above and beyond what you could need. Very fast response time too.

What a lovely property!Spacious floor plan. Great rooms. Clean. And the hosts were communicative, polite, and didn't see them. Despite them living upstairs.They have a hot tub, fire pit, wood burning fire place, little hiking trail, nice lights all outside for you to enjoy. It's hard to talk about any negatives here but just have a few bit picky things. We enjoy going to sleep with the TV on and in the bedrooms they didn't have a TV. I know super nit picky but one small creature comfort I wish I had. The bathroom could use some shelves, the countertop got a bit cramped with all of our stuff. A big guard for the bedroom window would be stellar so we could open the window and enjoy the mountain air, especially when it's a little warm inside. The one last thing I wish I had, and I didn't ask for this so it could very well be my fault, the fan cycled on and off at night. Had to break out the sound machine. Again these are very small things to complain about, overall I would stay here again easily. Thank you for sharing your property with us. Shame we couldnt meet pepper.

We had a great time at Brenda & Jonas’ house! Beautiful, clean house with many added amenities! We loved the hot tub and the scenery also. We would stay here again if we have the chance to return to Colorado Springs.

My friends and I had a great stay at this amazing property. Check in was super easy and we instantly felt right at home, with our great hosts providing everything we could ask for. THE BEST place I've ever stayed!!!

We recently visited this property on our annual girls trip, and when I tell you that this is the BEST property I have ever stayed at...I seriously mean it! Every single thing you could imagine was thought of and provided by the owners! We even met them briefly and their sweet pup, Pepper, and they were so kind. The beds were comfy, the home was spotless, and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. And you wanna talk about views! Holy moly! I could go on and on about this property, but the bottom line is you won't regret your stay here. It's absolutely perfect!

Colorado Springs Vacation

Absolutely loved our stay! The views of Pikes Peak are amazing! We enjoyed the outdoor space so much. Saw turkeys and mule deer by the house and enjoyed the sounds of the coyotes howling while enjoying the fire pit and hot tub. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The view of Pike's Peak while sitting in the hot tub was amazing! We especially were very impressed with how everything was provided for you by the hosts! From the kitchen to the bathroom everything you needed was provided and labeled for easy convenience! We needed a 9x13 cake pan and let the hosts know ahead of time and a brand new one was waiting for us upon arrival! We really appreciated the snacks and bottle of wine that the hosts surprised us with! I would recommend this property to anyone!! We also were lucky enough to witness a deer and a fox right below the deck! The only thing we could suggest is we could not find any measuring cups or just missed them somehow, also you may want to consider putting some rubber slip strips on the two steps getting into the hot tub. The wood can be slippery when wet! Overall we loved our stay there and should we get back to Colorado again we would certainly book again without a doubt!!Thank you so much hosts!!

Amazing place

The views are stunning, the outdoor space is wonderful (very clean hot tub), and this place is a truly all inclusive rental--extra towels, blankets, snacks, hot tub towels, charcoal for the grill, spices in the kitchen...I could not think of something I wanted that they didn't have. All very clean. Great communication from hosts. Our kids loved it, the adults loved it...book it!
