We absolutely loved our stay! The location right on the bay was perfect, and the place was so cute, cozy, and relaxing. I met my best friend here for a getaway, and it was exactly what we needed! Such a peaceful spot to unwind, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and spend quality time together. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Ideal spot overlooking the bay and short walk across the street to boardwalk. Relatively clean throughout but could use some updates inside. Check-in process was easy, and overall communication was good. Parking spots very small as mentioned.

So glad the spot itself delivered — those bay views and a quick walk across to the boardwalk make for an ideal setting! It's good to hear that the check-in was easy and that communication was solid throughout. Thank you for the honest notes on the interior updates and the small parking spots; we've passed that feedback along to our team to look into. We'd love to welcome you back anytime!

I was looking for a unit that had Air Conditioning because of the time of year we were vacationing. A portable A/C unit was provided and seemed to be sufficient for our needs. It was left for me to assemble for the window opening (leaving it attached would likely mean that the place was unsecured). The place was within a short walking distance (3 min) to the beach and 30 seconds from the bay, great location!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're glad the portable A/C kept things comfortable during your stay, and we appreciate you flagging the setup — we've passed that note along to our team to see how we can make it easier for future guests. The location really is hard to beat, with the beach just a few minutes on foot and the bay practically at your doorstep. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again!

Perfect location. Close to all sorts of great places, even Little Italy (short drive). Communication from check in to check out was wonderful. The app was easy to use, and though we didn’t take advantage this time, there are all kinds of services to make our stay comfortable and easy.

We were celebrating our son’s graduation from UCSD. It was an ideal place for him to come over and take a break from studying and get a bite to eat. The view was amazing and the neighbors were very friendly. The location was convenient to walk for breakfast to Olive Café and other fun spots too.

Simple, clean rental within walking distance to the beach.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and in a suitable location to access the beach, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops on foot. The price is reasonable which is why we chose it. Communication with the agency was quick & easy. Check in/out was a breeze. We will definitely consider staying again!

You can't beat this location. There are so many places to go that are within walking distance - restaurants, coffee shops, Belmont Park. There were beach toys available for our 2 year old, as well as beach chairs for us adults. Property management was quick to respond to any issues.

Bayside delight

The property was very nice and being on the bayside was quiet while still having quick and easy access to the ocean. I would come back to this property again and again. The only one drawback was the parking which is very tight another visitor opened their car door and dented our car needed at least another 4 inches to get out of the car.

Great location

I stayed in this property by myself for a weekend getaway. The location is awesome. I was able to walk to Belmont Park, Pacific Beach and it is right on a very nice cove. I felt very safe during my stay and the views from the back patio were awesome! The apartment does not have heat or air, but they do provide space heaters and a fan in the closet.
