Only 150 steps from Campground Beach stairs, being comfortable and relaxed is what your time at Edgewood Cottage is all about. Campground Road dead ends into the stairs to the beach. This area of the beach is private for the homeowners and guests that live/are staying in the neighborhood. Our neighborhood is made up of quiet little homes and cottages leading to the stairs to the beach

Wake up to the sound of seagulls overhead and take your coffee out to the blue slate patio, or even stroll a few feet to Campground Beach and watch the tides roll in or out.

Spend the day splashing in the waves, float on rafts in the sun, or explore the tidal pools for hours. If the tide is high enough, you can dive right in from the steps leading down to the sand! Sunsets are absolutely amazing from your little slice of heaven right here on Cape Cod. Don’t worry, the house is only 150 actual walking steps from Campground Beach stairs to your patio so you can come and go as you please, no shoes needed. When you are done in the sun, step into your outside shower to cool off your tan and wash the salt out of your beach hair. Dinner on the grill couldn’t be easier on your gas grill served either on the outdoor patio furniture, or take it down the beach with you picnic style.

Our 420 square foot cottage is nicely laid out with a master bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen on the first floor and an open living space upstairs which houses the additional sleeping area. The master bedroom has a new queen mattress outfitted with soft linens, duvet, and a closet and bureau with plenty of room for storage. Upstairs you will find two comfortable twins on one side of the stairs and a beautiful full sized bed on the other. Two full size dressers keep your clothes stored nicely away along with your other treasures.

As soon as you walk through the door at the Edgewood Cottage you feel at home. This is where you kick off your shoes and stroll down to the sand with your favorite beverage and breathe in the salty air Cape air. Relax. Our Campground Beach cottage is the perfect place to create memories that will last a lifetime.

For Airbnb: A quick note on who you are paying for what, because lately everyone asks some version of who am I paying for what and to who. We set two things. One. The nightly rate for the home itself which we keep as fair as possible for this area. Two. The cleaning fee matches what our professional cleaning company charges to clean and reset a home this size. Those are the only amounts we control. Airbnb collects its own platform service fee for using the Airbnb site and support. Airbnb may include that platform fee in the total price you see here instead of showing it as a separate line which can make it look like it is part of what we charge. It is not. That amount goes to Airbnb. You will also see taxes as a separate line. Those taxes are required by state and local rules for this area. We do not set the tax rates, and we do not keep those funds. Airbnb calls this “fee transparency”.
