That said, I was very surprised and concerned to read the issues you mentioned, especially since none of these concerns were brought to my attention during or after your stay. I always do my best to address any problems immediately when guests reach out, and I would have appreciated the opportunity to do so in this case. Regarding the backyard, we are aware that seasonal changes can affect the grass, and we do our best to keep the area clean and safe for pets and children. However, the discovery of debris like bottle caps, nails, or a broken pipe is unacceptable, and I wish I had been informed right away so we could have addressed it immediately. Similarly, if the coffee maker or grill was not in proper condition, or if any kitchen items were missing, I would have gladly provided replacements during your stay. As for the missing luggage rack, I understand how frustrating that must have been. While I have never had a theft reported at the property before, I always encourage guests to report any incidents so we can assist and take the appropriate steps. I truly value all feedback as it helps improve the experience for future guests. I'm sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, and I wish you had given me the opportunity to make things right while you were here.
