We had a wonderful stay at this property! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly, responsive, and communicated very well throughout the entire process, making check-in and check-out seamless.The home was well-maintained and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. This was a VERY good property! True, the overall neighborhood was a little "rough", but this home has been totally renovated and has top-notch security. We even parked two cars behind an electronically controlled gate at night. Owner was professional and responsive to our needs. Communication excellent. And location was great!!! I thought price was good for a 3/2.

Very clean ,and location from Frost Bank centre. I notified our host that the patio chairs were rotting and the next day we came back to the house to find new ones. We would recommend this place to our friends and family for future trips to this city.

The house was outstanding. I was a little skeptical driving down the street, but this house stood out. Everything you could need was provided for. If you are staying in town to go to the Frost Bank Arena, it is the perfect location. Given you can park on side streets, you can get within .5 miles without having to pay. If you Uber or walk, it's less than 1.5 miles.

Awesome Stay!

Our stay was amazingly comfortable. Communication and response time was great. Some surrounding homes looked a little out of place compared to the new renovations in the neighborhood, however it was a great place to stay. We stayed 2 nights. It was awesome!

Comfy stay close to downtown San Antonio

We came to San Antonio for an event at the San Antonio Livestock Show and Rodeo. The location of this house was perfect for getting there (within 5 minutes!) as well as downtown attractions like the River Walk and the Mercado. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean and quiet. There was an automatic gate so we could park our car off the street which helped us feel safe. The only negative was the neighborhood was very mixed with some houses boarded up and some looking renovated like this house was. We were glad the owner took the extra precaution to have a solid wooden gate that we parked our car behind. It's an excellent location. I hope the neighborhood continues to go through renovations and updates.

Well maintained, nice little house in SA

We had a great stay at this property when we went to SA for our daughter's graduation. The house was clean and well appointed with everything you could need for an out of town stay. My wife and MIL were a little skeptical about the neighborhood, as it's lower income and some of the properties are in disrepair (one if them about 4 doors down was abandoned and caught fire the first night, and we got to meet several of the neighbors in the front yard ), but it was mostly quiet and we had no issues at all. Also, I appreciated the gated parking for our vehicles.The beds were very comfortable, and the bedding was really nice. Same with the living room furniture. Everything seemed to be in great condition and very well maintained. There was a cute sitting area in the back yard that we didn't get to use as it was raining most of the time we were there. I can imagine it would be a nice place to gather in better weather conditions. The host was great. He was easy to get in touch with, and all of the instructions were clear and easy. A binder was provided in the house with information about the property, check out procedures, etc We would definitely stay at this property again, as we have another student starting college in SA in the fall of 25.
