This charming, updated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo sleeps 6 across a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Ideally located, this condo is a short walk to Frisco Main Street, Ten Mile Creek, and the free Summit Stage bus. It is also minutes from the Frisco Bay Marina, and the Frisco Adventure Park. You are never far from the shopping, dining and activities that Frisco has to offer! This unit's central location also makes for quick and convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas.
Upon entry, guests will find themselves in the open concept kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and is fully updated, featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. The dining table seats 4, with additional seating for 2 more at the breakfast bar.
The living room offers a cozy gathering space complete with a gas fireplace, large mounted Smart TV, and modern furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy mountain views from the living room or the private balcony.
Past living room, you will find the primary and guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, mounted Smart TV, dresser, and en suite 1/2 bath. The guest bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunkbed, and a desk. The guest bathroom provides single-sink vanity and a separate water room for the toilet and walk-in shower. The bathrooms are both tastefully updated. For your convenience, each bathroom is stocked with an initial supply of toiletries.

To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older and a minimum of 2 nights must be reserved. Great location. Clean inside. Outside deck wasn’t great. No shower in master bathroom. Very nice kitchen.

We’ve stayed in VRBOs before and this property stood out. It was well managed and the kitchen was well stocked with clean dishes and pots and pans. So many times we find that the dishes are gross with food left behind on them. Not this place! It was clean and well stocked. There were fans and humidifiers in the room which is great since it’s hot at night with no AC. We walked to town easily with littles. We used the pool and hot tub. Only feedback is that it would be nice to have pool towels since we had ton use the bath towels and then they had chlorine on them after the pool. Otherwise amazing place that was convenient, clean and affordable. We drove to Breckenridge and Silverthorne easily for day trips. Go in a short hike to Rainbow Lake while you’re in town.

Very convenient place to stay in Frisco as it is only a few blocks from restaurants on Main Street but far enough away to be quiet. Dedicated off street parking right by the condo building. Unit was very clean and in very good shape. Excellent value for the money during ski season and Frisco made for a good home base while skiing A-Basin and Loveland.

The apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was just lively. The living room area was cozy with a big screen television, cable and a gas fireplace to create the perfect setting. The checking in and out process was extremely smooth. All appliances and amenities were up to date and in excellent working order. I highly recommend; especially if you want walking distance to the charming town of Frisco! I rate our stay at 5 stars!

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was tidy and well-stocked, it was a delight to walk to Main Street for dinners, and we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub after a ski day. Check-in instructions and communications from the management team were clear, thorough, and easy to follow. Overall an excellent and highly convenient space that we would definitely book again.

We were at this property for two nights for a long girls’ weekend reunion with three adults. This property fit our needs perfectly, easy, close walking distance to restaurants and the marina. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had what we needed. The only kitchen utensil missing was a pair of scissors, which would be helpful to add. We used the pool and hot tub several times and the water temperature was very comfortable. I also appreciated there wasn’t a lot on the cleanup list for us to do at checkout, especially when there’s already a cleaning fee involved. Pile towels, start dishwasher, take out trash.Two out of the three of us are local to the Denver area, and we both said we’d rent there again with our families.Thanks for a nice stay!

Great area
We had a great stay. It was a good location. The pool was great. The only complaint we had is the beds were very uncomfortable.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance.
