Located at the heart of Summit County, Frisco is a great choice in the winter (drive or bus to all of Summit County’s great ski areas) and summer (hiking, biking, Lake Dillon and more). And guests at Mountainside Royalview Condo have full access to the Mountainside Club House’s indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and outdoor tennis court. Your group will love this place!

This top-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo boasts mountain views with a picturesque stream in the spring and summer, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to six people. The living area features vaulted ceilings giving it a bright and open floor plan along with a gas fireplace and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to keep the gang fed and happy, with seating for four at the dining table and room for two more at the breakfast bar.

Other amenities include central laundry facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Condoworn and outdated...pictures were not realistic of present condition. Condo has serious problem with drafting...downstairs very cold while upstairs needed a fan to cool it down. Not up to VRBO standards we are familiar with...

Had a great stay at the condo. Great location and a very nice unit. The only downside was we slept in the upstairs bedroom and there was very little ventialtion up there, just one small window down a long hallway. The weather was unseasonably warm during our stay so it got a little warm up there. They did have fans which helped. The carpet could certianly be replaced, but overall we had a very nice and comfortable stay.

Frisco annual visit

I love the location. Very near the recpath, trailheads and blocks from downtown. The balcony is very private with great views, an exceptional place for coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening!

Beautiful Accommodations, Perfect Location

The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The bed in the loft was extremely comfortable. The kitchen and baths were fully equipped with everything we needed. The balcony overlooked the Rec Path and had an excellent mountain view. An added bonus was a well maintained gas grill. We were within walking distance of downtown and the Rec Path. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the access to a hot tub and sauna. The condo was quiet. The property manager seems responsive to our feedback. We appreciated adequate supplies in the condo.

Easter weekend stay

We were here for three nights, and had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, beautiful view to the mountains from the balcony, and an easy walk to Main Street. Would definitely return for another stay.

Keeping it simple

I would stay here again. My reasons: Comcast cable allowed for watching March Madness and ESPN. The property has all that ski bums need. Good beds, good showers, good kitchen. Also, nice having one underground parking spot. It was a good experience.

Great place!

We really enjoyed the condo, how close it was to the restaurants and grocery, and how close it was to Copper. We were on the lift within 20 minutes of leaving. Looking forward to coming back.

Hiking thru the Aspens

The property was perfect for our group. We were looking for a condo with 2 king sized beds, and this one was perfect. Had all the basics that some vacation properties skimp on like paper towels and Kleenex. Will return!

The unit was very clean when we arrived, check-in was a breeze and the management company was very professional and responsive. The balcony had views for days, and we spent every morning out there enjoying the incredible scenery. With two bedrooms and two baths, we had plenty of space for everyone! It is close to everything we wanted to do - access to downtown Frisco, bike paths, hiking trails and mountain biking. We will definitely book this unit again!

Great location

The location of this property could not have been better. The deck provided an unobstructed view of the beautiful Rocky Mountains while being just a few blocks from paved rec trails perfect for hiking and biking. Picturesque Main Street is just a half mile down the hill, making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We had an issue with the water temperature and the property owner responded immediately telling us how to fix the problem and apologizing for the inconvenience.
