There are 4 different units located in this building, with the age of the building you may occasionally hear other guests.
When booking at The Swepson Loft you get 3 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, 2 living spaces, and a massive space to hang out with everyone all together! This doesn't even include the outdoor patio with string lights.
Located on the edge of Germantown, the Swepson Loft is close to anything you would need! Restaurant row, the Highlands, Downtown, UofL Campus, Old Louisville, and NULU. It’s the perfect distance to bars, breweries and distilleries, restaurants, and Logan Street Market. The Swepson Loft will give you everything you could ever need!
A spacious loft would not be complete without a nice outdoor area as well! The Swepson Loft comes with just that, a large outdoor patio complete with a table and chairs for everyone.

There is plenty of fun to be had right in our own neighborhood! With walkable places like Toasty's Tavern for a yummy bite to eat, The Breeze for a coffee and pastry in the morning or a delicious glass of wine once the sun goes down, or we have Atrium Brewery if you're more of a craft beer lover. In the mood for some pizza? Square Cut Pizza is just right down the block, order ahead and it'll be nice and ready for you when you get into town. After your bite to eat you can head on over to Trouble Bar where hopefully all of our guests stay out of their own trouble ;)
This doesn't even begin to cover Logan Street Market, just 3 blocks away you can find something for anyone! Equipped with almost every type of food from Foko (Mexican), Cold Smoked Bagels, La Masion De Crepes, Billy Chili, Batter Bakery, Ziba's Bistro, Fresh Out The Box, and Daisuki Sushi. It covers quite the spread! These don’t even include the fresh groceries you can purchase and small trinkets for the loved ones that couldn't make it on the trip. Don't forget about your specialty drinks either, need a pep in your step? Safai coffee is one of the best in town and Wild Hops Brewery can cover all your other needs.

The property was in a great location, and the space was perfect for a guys trip to visit distilleries. We enjoyed the neighborhood and what it had to offer as well. The only small annoyance is that it takes three codes to get into the unit.

We REALLY loved our stay in Louisville here. The property turned out even nicer than the pictures showed. It was so spacious and our only regret was that we didn't have more time to spend there.The unit was close to restaurants, grocery stores, and all the big Louisville tourist activities. My son loved playing bags in the backyard and both kids loved watching the UPS planes fly overhead into their regional terminal. (Ear plugs were graciously provided by the hosts, but we didn't really notice the planes while we slept.)The host was quick to reply and getting in and of the property was a breeze.We loved our stay here and so will you!

Great place for our weekend! Host was wonderful. Just a couple little housekeeping notes for future renters.It's on the 3rd floor - no elevator - and it's warm in the bedrooms. The 'master' bedroom has a very loud dehumidifier. We like the noise, but it may not be good for everyone. Ice maker didn't work.Need a couple blankets for couch :)But really a cool place and we loved our stay!
