THE DECK: WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS
Let's be honest - you'll spend 90% of your time on our massive covered deck. It's not just outdoor space; it's an outdoor living room with the Texas Hill Country as your backdrop. The motorized louvered roof is the showstopper: open it to count stars, close it for shade or rain protection. At night, set the mood with four different LED color options running the length of the roof - romantic amber, cool blue, crisp white, or festive colors.
The centerpiece? An 8-PERSON HOT TUB positioned to capture both sunrise and sunset over miles of hills. This isn't a cramped 4-person tub where half your group waits their turn - everyone fits comfortably. Commercial-grade jets, pristine maintenance, and those views make this the gathering spot from morning coffee soaks to midnight star sessions.
The propane fire table anchors the dining area - tall enough to eat around, warm enough to extend your evenings outdoors.
