Welcome to our highly-rated waterfront condo. As an exclusive end-unit, this home offers extra windows, exceptional natural light, and a level of privacy that middle units simply can’t match.

Pristine & Allergen-Friendly We maintain a strictly pet-free and smoke-free environment. The condo is meticulously detailed between stays to ensure a spotless, hypoallergenic environment for every guest.
Room-by-Room Comfort

* Downstairs Master Suite: Features a King-size bed, blackout curtains, a Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom.
* Upstairs Waterfront King: This bedroom overlooks the water and features direct access to the upper balcony.
* Upstairs Twin Room: Perfect for families or friends, featuring two Twin beds and a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom connected to the upstairs King suite.
* Note: All bathrooms feature full tubs.

The Kitchen
Whether you're prepping a fresh catch or cooking a family breakfast, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need.
* Coffee Station: Includes both a Keurig and traditional coffee pot. We provide a starter supply of Keurig Pods but please bring your favorite ground coffee if you plan to use the drip pot.
* Drinks: Blender included for frozen cocktails.
* Cookware: Fully equipped with the pots, pans, and utensils required for home-cooked meals.

Outdoor Living & Amenities
* The Patio: Our open-air patio features Polywood furniture with oversized seating for six—the perfect spot for waterfront dining.
* The Pool: Our end-unit location puts the community pool right next door, just steps from your entrance.
* Beach & Play Gear: We provide a "Fun Kit" loaded with pickleball paddles, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach toys. Just bring your swimsuit!
The Boating Experience (Private Slip Included!)
Rent a boat directly across the street and enjoy a scenic 5-minute boat ride to your private slip at the condo. You can keep your vessel docked steps from your door for the duration of your stay.

Peace & Quiet
We are located in a tranquil, respectful community with wonderful full-time neighbors. To help maintain this peaceful environment, we use a Minut noise monitor in the living room (this measures decibel levels only to protect your privacy; it does not record audio).

* Our Policy: We warmly welcome families and quiet groups. We have a strict no-parties, events, or gatherings policy, and a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including infants and children). Thank you for helping us keep our home a peaceful getaway!

Our stay was perfect!!! Grandkids loved fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. Adults enjoyed sitting on the deck with morning coffee and watching the dolphins swim by in the early morning and late afternoon. We drove to a few beaches during our stay and it was great that they provided beach gear and towels.Access and communication was spot on. Thank you Craig and Jennifer for sharing your beautiful townhome.

This was one of the nicest, most beautifully decorated, and cleanest places we’ve ever rented. Craig was extremely responsive and did a great job of communicating everything we needed to know upfront. The location was conveniently located to everything we needed and offered a relaxing, private corner condo on the end of the building which made sitting on the patio in the evening so nice. We would absolutely stay here again.

The pictures are exactly what you get. This place was amazing. The view was like something you see in movies. Craig and Tracey were excellent host, very attentive and fast at responding no matter what the time of day. I am definitely recommend this place and already looking into booking again for the summer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and the waterfront location is simply spectacular. The view from the patio is breathtaking, and sitting outside with the cool coastal breeze each morning and evening was one of our favorite parts of the trip. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.The hook-and-ring game on the patio was so much fun and quickly became everyone’s favorite activity. The highlight of our stay, though, was spotting a baby dolphin swimming right in front of the condo. It was such a special moment and made our trip even more memorable.Another huge bonus is Gabriela’s Seafood Tapas, located just outside the condo community. The atmosphere was wonderful, and every appetizer we ordered was absolutely delicious. The dinner entrées looked incredible as they were served to other tables—we honestly wished we had room to try them! We filled up on the amazing appetizers, so we’ll definitely be back to experience the full dinner menu next time.Between the beautiful condo, peaceful waterfront setting, incredible views, relaxing patio, nearby dining, and unforgettable dolphin sighting, fishing with our fishing guide Sutton, this was one of our favorite getaways. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful home and very, very clean! The cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Everything feels new and fresh (the towels, the rugs, the furniture). Two king beds made for great sleeping arrangements (one upstairs and one downstairs). Door lock was tricky when we arrived so we called the owners who responded immediately. They were very kind and helpful. The deck is huge and wraps around the condo. Great view and really nice boat dock. We loved sitting on the porch in the evenings. Very quiet at night. Super close drive to Rockport Beach. Easy parking. We had the best time! Weren’t ready to leave! Will definitely be back!

This was the most perfect place I've ever stayed in, they've absolutely thought of everything little thing. Our condo has one of the larger decks and right next to the pool,, the dolphin comes frequently

Spring break

My sister and I and my husband and son stayed here since my brother and his wife were snobirds at an rv park nearby. We enjoyed the area and activities. The condo was beautiful and so thoughtful regarding anything you would need. Highly recommend!!!

Wonderful stay

We truly enjoyed our stay in your beautiful condo. A well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed, very comfortable bedding, and lots of towels made us feel right at home. The host was super helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. We loved having coffee on the porch overlooking the water in the mornings. We’ll definitely rebook in the near future!

Great vacation right on the water

The condo was beautiful overlooking the water and right next to the pool. Our favorite spot was sitting on the patio just hanging out and listening to music. It was so peaceful and serene. The host gave very clear instructions to get in the home and was very attentive to any questions and concerns we had. We loved it here and we will definitely book here again.

2nd time back!!

Craig's place is amazing! My husband and I wanted a calm vacay close to the beach & this checked every box. The place was super cute & looked exactly like the pics. Craig was super responsive, proactive, and helpful. The beach was only a 5 min drive and the beach chairs/umbrella were great to have! He just purchased all new outdoor furniture for the patio and it was super comfy Kitchen was well stocked. We will be back again!

Fantastic Fishing Trip in Rockport

We had a very pleasant stay. Condo was clean, nicely decorated and had all amenities needed. Beds were great. It was very quiet during our mid-week stay at this unit. Owner was great to work with, very friendly and extremely prompt on replies. Having a boat slip with easy access to the Bay was so convenient. Local restaurants we tried were all very good. Our favorites were Our Family Kitchen and Cheryl’s Restaurant. Overall extremely pleased with our stay and would stay again. Thanks again to owner Craig for everything!

Julie - Thank you for your kind review. Open line and direct communication with our guests is exactly why we chose to manage our condo ourselves. I am so glad that you found our spot to be perfect for your vacation. Yes, having a boat slip so close to the bay is a huge plus. Next time you come down, try Mickey's in Aransas Pass. They have the best burgers and fries, set right on the water. Hope to see you all again!
