Spend your days between the court and pool, then come together for outdoor dinners and evenings around the fire pit. Inside, enjoy open living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, three California King bedrooms, a bunk room with air hockey, and a den with a queen sleeper sofa. The entire home and grounds are exclusively yours.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here.

- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.

- PARKING - The property accommodates up to five vehicles in the driveway.

- PETS - Pets are not permitted.

- EVENTS / RETREATS - Parties and events are not permitted.

- POOL HEATING - The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $100 per night (2-night minimum, consecutive days) and $50 per night for the hot tub (if pool is not heated). For best results, pool heat requests should be made 48 hours in advance. This is a non-refundable fee, should the pool not reach full temperature due to adverse weather conditions, user error, or improper use.

- SECURITY: Exterior security cameras are installed. There are no cameras facing interior spaces or private areas.

- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.

- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. While we welcome professional media projects, all commercial, professional, promotional, or revenue-generating photography and videography are subject to production fees. Additionally, any filming on the property is permitted only upon receiving formal approval from the County of San Bernardino. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.

Catalina Clubhouse places you close to Tucson's dining, shopping, and everyday essentials, making it easy to explore, stock up, and settle in.

La Encantada and local dining favorites, including North Italia, Firebirds, RA Sushi, Blanco Cocina, Vivace, Fleming's, and Tavolino, are approximately 1 mile away, or a 5-minute drive.

Groceries and essentials: AJ s Fine Foods (1 mile), Safeway (4 miles), Whole Foods (7 miles)
