The entire Property with its own private entrance will be yours. In total, there are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which feature California King Beds, 3 full bathrooms plus a Den with Queen pull out sleeper sofa.

Bedrooms:

The well appointed Primary Bedroom features a luxurious En Suite, 55 In TV, California King Bed and access to the backyard oasis. Private En Suite modern accommodations include dual vanities, stand alone soaking tub with large window showcasing City Line Views as the backdrop, walk in shower with dual shower heads and steam feature and large custom walk-in closet.

Main Living area features open living/dining layout perfect for entertaining. Sliding glass doors in the living room and large picture window from the dining table showcase captivating city line views. The modern kitchen includes top-end appliances, custom cabinets, quartz counters, prep sink and double ovens.

Inviting elements include indoor and outdoor quiet sitting areas sequestered throughout the property, gas fireplace in the living area, dim lighting for late evening relaxation and Alexa throughout the home at the guests request.
Enjoy 10 Smart TV's including a 75in TV in the living room and 55 in TVin the kitchen.. The space is wide open with plenty of seating to accommodate up to 16 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped to with all necessary utensils, cookware, spices, oil, coffee, cream, sugar, syrups for coffee and teas.

There is complete privacy as well as plenty of parking as we are on just under an acre. Enjoy the beautiful sunrises, sunsets, city lights at night and unobstructed mountain views!!! They are gorgeous!

Backyard:
The backyard features an AMAZING pool and spa both of which can be heated for an additional fee. Enjoy stunning mountain and city views as you relax in the pool or spa, at one of the several seating areas or from the in-ground gas fire pit.

Booking Requirements (PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

1) No Parties. No questions asked!

2) No Events of large gatherings of any kind

3) Home is equipped for 16 people at the very maximum. No unapproved/unchecked guests may stay over night.

4) Must be 25 or older to book the property.

5) No smoking

6) No pets

7) Guests do not have access to garage

8) Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature

9) Exterior cameras are not monitored regularly and are only present for the safety of both our guests and our home. If cameras are tampered with in any way (unplugged, covered or broken) 1st incident guests will be notified, 2nd incident, stay will be cancelled with no questions and no refund granted.

Other Details to note:

Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please make sure to pre-request pool to be heated as it takes about 2 days for it to warm to temperature. There is a 2 night minimum for pool heating, and those days will need to be consecutive.

-Spa (if pool is not heated for the stay) can be heated for $50 per day.

-Pool heating will be available year round

-Our home is equipped with security cameras. There are NO indoor cameras on our property
-There are several cameras around the exterior to include the front yard, door bell, back yard and pool area

Arizona is full of wildlife and bugs. Although we hire monthly pest control service to keep bugs from getting in, we request that doors remain closed.
