Welcome, Guests, to Beautiful Lake Balboa! Make yourself at home in this Luxurious 5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath, 2-story house with two living spaces. It's perfect for a big family getaway! With 1 King Bed, 4 Queen Beds and Twin bunks, this home sleeps 12 guests. You will find a fully stocked kitchen for all your dining needs. Downstairs next to the couch, you will find fun yard games. Please feel free to use them all. The patio is a good place to set up or set them up in the front yard. We have Washers, Yard Jenga, Connect 4, Yard Dice, Corn Hole, and Texas Redneck Golf. Boat pictured is not included with rental, but you can rent a boat and park it in boat dock. A kayak is on the back porch for your use. There are also floaties and life jackets stored in the downstairs mud room.

***Due to Allergies of Home owner, This house WILL NOT accept any Pets at all. This includes service animals as well.***

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
