2 dining spaces are offered. Feel free to choose between the formal dining room or our little space provided in the kitchen to enjoy your meals. Ample cabinetry, spices, cooking oil, kitchen tools, utensils and modern cooking appliances are available to make you feel at home.
Varieties of cereal, pancake mix, Sugar and Honey, varieties of coffee and tea bags are provided for your convenience.

Enjoy the formal dining room with a walkout French door to the pool. Watch your favorite Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime in comfortable sofas and pillows on the Curved 65” Samsung Smart TV (no cable is provided, you will have to login with your own credentials).

* DEDICATED WORKING AREA

The space is business ready with a dedicated working area, perfect for corporate travelers and those who work from home.

* 3 BEDROOMS - SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Our beautiful and cozy house offered 3 bedrooms

The master BR, with queen bed is located upstairs and has a beautiful view to the Pool & backyard.

The other 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom, one with queen Bed and the 3rd BR comes with a full bed.

Each of the bedroom is equipped with a similar set of amenities:

- Pillows, Linens and Sheets
- Closet with hangers and Shelves
- Spacious Storage Space
- Ceiling Fans with Remote Control

An Air Mattress is also provided for extra person in your group at additional cost.

Clothes Steamer, Iron and Iron Board are provided for all your clothing needs!

This home is equipped with two fully renovated bathrooms. Each of them offers:

POOL CLOSED 10pm - 7am Weekdays

11pm - 7am Weekends

Enjoy the pool on us! You will be able to pack on some Vitamin D on our beach chairs while the sun is shining and enjoy the cool fresh pool! Beach towels are also available in the walking closet so that you will be able to soak up the sun while enjoying the water!

* BACKYARD*
The fence in private backyard offers a relaxing outdoor setting. Here, you will be able to enjoy a barbecue time with your group, spend some great time on the patio while sipping a glass of beer or wine.

This beautiful home it’s all yours! You will enter the house using a door equipped with a keyless entry ( code will be provided before checking) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. 2 cars garage with garage door opener is also provided.
Other things to note
House Rules. No smoking inside the house or around the Pool. NO PARTIES. Be kind to the neighbors. If you break the NO PARTY rules, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe quiet time —-8:00pm to 7:00am.

NO ROCKS IN THE POOL OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED $200 CLEANING FEE

Please, note that you will be using the pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for any Injury that may result from the misuse of the pool. Please, follow the rules while enjoying the pool and in case of emergency, Please, call 911.

Please no breakable glassware/dinnerware at poolside or on patio.

Lost & Found Policy. Did you leave something valuable behind? We want to help! We have contracted with our cleaning services to contact the guest, and return anything that may be of value. The charge for returning lost items (that fits in a standard envelope) is $40. We DO NOT keep, and will not return lelt over food, alcohol, or anything that is disposable. Always do a full property sweep before you check out at 10:00am.

Early Check Ins/Outs. Please contact us if you ever need to. Due to our cleaning services schedule, we sometimes cannot accommodate this. However, please reach out to us and we will try to work with you regarding this matter.
