We have a nice fenced in green area behind the carriage house, so that dog guests can have outdoor time on their own, as long as they aren't "barkers". Our Hyde Park neighborhood is full of dog walkers with a requirement that the dogs must be on a leash and their owners must pick up their dogs' droppings. Dogs must not be left alone in apartment unless crated.

*Our property has a FIRM CANCELLATION POLICY (no refund for any reason whatsoever including weather and COVID-related reasons) for cancellations with less than 30 days notice, 50% refund for cancellations with 31-60 days notice) IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT GUESTS PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE AS OFFERED BY VRBO AND OTHER VENDORS TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT IN THE EVENT THAT A CANCELLATION BECOMES NECESSARY.
