Take a break and unwind at this peaceful Sunset Beach. This space is a lockout unit similar to an adjoining hotel room. The space is a bit dated but very clean and less than 2 miles from the Ocean. Located in Sea Trail neighborhood you have access to the pools, gym, tennis courts, library and other amenities. There is NO Kitchen just a fridge and microwave. This is not suitable to cook meals.

This is the perfect getaway for two. The apartment is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The location is a very short drive to the beach, shops, and activities. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Property was cleaning comfortable very well priced within a few minutes drive of sunset Beach itself and there were multiple dining options nearby.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Everything was just as it was listed. Clean and updated with some extras. James was great to work with and very communicative regarding the check in and check out. Will definitely stay again!!!

Condo was very nice , very clean and set up perfect for a weekend visit, the only complaint is the bed frame is very noisy and the refrigerator made a loud noise when it would come on . Made it hard to sleep for us anyway.

The 2 of us were super comfortable. Bed slept great ,balcony bug free. Access to nice pool.we felt safe traveling to various places in and around our condo. Will be back!

Relaxing!

We had an amazing short stay here and it was amazing! Very quiet area and the check in process was a breeze! Very clean and the property manager, James communication was top notch! Will definitely be staying again!

Beach getaway

It’s was really nice neighborhood, very close to the beach. We really enjoyed ourselves for the one night we stayed. Great area, there is a pool, golf course and tennis as well.

Location

Cane for the Coastal Race on Sunset Beach and this was the perfect location to be able to walk to and from the race. We love Sea Trail and have stayed in the community many times. This particular unit was perfect for our needs and the owner was fantastic on communication

The property owner was very friendly and helpful. I liked it so much I wanted to stay longer. Great location for golf and the beach is close by too. Nice park for walking dogs too. Pool is within walking distance.

We knew we would only be here to sleep as we had activities planned all day. Enjoyed having coffee in the mornings. It was a short trip but good.

Travel Stay

Not a bad stay. I thought this was a first floor condo but it was on the 2nd floor, probably my mistake. I thought the condo was a lot smaller than depicted. Furniture was older and some in need of repair. Overall the place was clean.

At the end of the day.

Very comfortable and cozy. Whether for a golf outing or a beach vacation, a nice place to wrap up the day. No kitchen? No problem. Lots of great local area restaurants to satisfy.

It was a beautiful setting in a golfing community. I felt very safe. I went in off-season, so was not able to use the pool. But I can only imagine that it was as well-maintained as the rest of the property, which was well manicured. The condo itself was compact and had everything that I needed. I do wish there had been a small coffee table for when I did choose to eat meals in the condo. Otherwise, everything was nicely appointed. The location is fantastic! It’s very easy to get to the beach and to local shopping and restaurants. James was absolutely wonderful at communicating. He made sure that I got into the condo safely and checked on me during my stay. He was not at all intrusive, just very considerate. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience with a host. I would absolutely recommend This place to anybody.

Decent, the pics need to be updated, there are 24 pics of the same 1 bd and bath with different bedsheets. Read the description thoroughly bc I didnt and thought it was going to be bigger than it was. The coffee table is no longer there and the couch cushions could use some cleaning bc it has all kinds of stains on it.We didn't use any of the towels, bed sheets or pillows we brought or own, and the bed is stiff as a board. It's great for a couple nights stay wouldn't recommend this for weekly stays.

Adaquate, which is enough for a 1 night, business trip. I was there for less than 13 hours. It is small and would be cramped (for me) to share with another person and/or pet, albeit a Pet friendly property. I would recommend expanding the bathroom area by replacing the straight shower curtain rod with a curved rod and a clear plastic liner (instead of black). The bathroom lighting isn’t great and the shower felt very small and dark.

Carolina Solitude

I really enjoyed myself staying at this property. It’s quiet and somewhat secluded which suits me just fine. The space was adequate for my needs. I was very comfortable and in terms of amenities I was very satisfied. My visit is a bit unusual and that I am not there for golf or going to the beach. I try to annually visit the area to visit my daughter’s gravesite. She wished for her ashes to be committed to the sea at the end of the Ocean Isle Beach Fishing Pier. That said this property is very close and gave me an opportunity to quietly reflect without a bunch of external noise or distractions. I hope to rent this space again.
