It’s nestled between Martinique on the Gulf and The Beach Club Resort and Spa. It is a sweet little paradise with beautiful beach views. You can enjoy the serenity of the beach yet minutes from the amenities of Gulf Shores and the Panhandle. Golf courses, water sports, fishing, amusement parks, shopping outlets and the National Historic Landmark Fort Morgan. You may even catch a glimpse of the Blue Angels who fly over often. Lagoon and Bay public access is nearby. Enjoy the wildlife on the many nature trails. Also, a short ferry ride to Dauphin Island and historic Fort Gaines.

Inside, this coastal paradise boasts an open vaulted living room, dining room and kitchen with a comfortable sectional and flat screen television. The updated kitchen is complete with all the essentials and a spacious island. The main level of the home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home also includes an equipped laundry room.

The downstairs includes a separate detached efficiency style living space with a fourth bedroom, den with television and bath. This is available if you need extra space. The entire home is available for use.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
We provide bed linens & bath towels. We suggest you bring Beach Towels. A start-up supply of dishwashing soaps, trash bags, and paper products. Kitchen has silverware, dishes, pots & pans, and Keurig coffee maker.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. An adult 25 or older must check in and occupy the house during the entire rental period. House parties are not permitted.

Pet friendly for ONE small dog (25 lbs max). Flat pet fee of $200. Must be crate trained and crated when left alone. Please show good judgment when leaving your pet alone in a unfamiliar place. The house and the beach are both dog friendly!
