The Neighborhood:

The apartment is nestled between two of the best DC neighborhoods of Pet Worth and Columbia Heights. Just five miles north of Capitol Hill, Petworth is one of the largest neighborhoods in the district and is home to approximately 20,000 DC residents. The recently transformed neighborhood is fast becoming a real estate favorite with an abundance of culture, convenient transportation, and stunning homes.



D.C. is undoubtedly a foodie destination, but Columbia Heights showcases some of the best — and most authentic — restaurants and bars that D.C. has to offer.
