Several of the concerns you mentioned, particularly the cleanliness issues and the condition of the A/C filter, should have been addressed before your arrival. We will review these concerns with the property owner to determine what improvements can be made. This can happen sometimes in the winter because the cleaners dump the water from the hot tub and clean it then fill it. The water takes a few hours to heat up.
