Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room fits our needs. Can see the ocean from our room and walk right out onto the beach. Have stayed in this room multiple times. We like staying in this room. OHave had small issues a couple of times with items in room, which was corrected by maintenance quickly. One trip we had to park at a different resort in an assigned parking space that someone else was using. Got corrected next day. Tv cable box didn't get reported by previous tenants. Reported to the office, they said we would have to go without tv for our complete stay. A maintenance man found a new cable box that afternoon and installed it. Everything then worked fine.

Perfect!

My husband and I chose this beach-front studio for our anniversary. Everything was great! We had everything we needed, comfy furnishings, quiet room, friendly and helpful office personnel, magnificent view and located across the street from John's Pass! We highly recommend the Surf Song Resort.

Mom and dad get away

The room it’s self was not fantastic, the door to the bathroom had to be shut to be able to do anything in the bathroom, even just getting ready because there was no room with it open. The walls were super thin, we could hear everything the neighbors next door were doing. The room also wasn’t that clean when we arrived. But the location was fantastic, right across the street from John’s pass and we saw so much wildlife at the beach. The guest we met were also amazing, the area was fantastic.

Perfect Location!

Absolutely loved our stay! Room was spotlessly clean, cool, comfortable, right on the beach! Our room was directly over the pool, but this was very family friendly place.We had zero issues with noise or parties.Pool was usually quiet and empty by 9. Everything is so close that we just Ubered from the airport, had a few groceries delivered and relaxed! No stovetop, but three nice gas grills just downstairs. Steps from a beautiful beach (we rented 2 chairs and umbrella for $35 per day--so worth it!). Johns Pass is literally across the street for bars, restaurants, shopping, tons of excursions, all right there. This was by far one of the easiest, most relaxing vacations ever. Great communication, as well. Quick responses to messages and very accommodating. We arrived hours before check-in time and were able to leave luggage at front office. We had some eats at Johns Pass and were notified as soon as room was ready. I really can't think of anything I would change. We're already thinking of another trip back!

The toilet handle had to be held down to flush, bed feels like you are sleeping on a board & the unit overall looked old & dirty. The water pressure in the shower was also very weak. In general the motel is kept very clean, it is family oriented and is just steps from the beach. It is located directly across from the boardwalk and all the ammenities. I also like the fact that this motel as well as many others in this area have a contract with a company that brings a canine around to sniff for bed bugs. Love this place
