Our beautifully remodeled CORNER unit SeaGate unit 301 is a fresh and relaxing condo to sit back, put your feet up and have a memory making vacation! Breathtaking unobstructed beach views from the living room, master bedroom as well as intracoastal views from the queen bedroom. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. Corner units have 2 balconies! A large wrap around balcony off of the living room and master, the bonus second balcony in the 3rd bedroom overlooking the intercostal!

Breathtaking, unobstructed beach views from the living room, master bedroom, and kitchen, as well as intercoastal views from the queen bedroom. We have 3 bedrooms (master: 1 king bed; second bedroom: 2 queen beds; third bedroom: 1 queen bed), 2 full bathrooms, a free, in-unit laundry, and a kitchen fully stocked with all the dishes, glasses, pots/pans, and appliances you'll need. For the evenings and rainy days, the condo has plenty of games/puzzles and a smart TV in the living room and each bedroom for guests to access their streaming apps. Corner units have 2 balconies — a large wrap-around beach-front balcony off of the living room and master, as well as the bonus second balcony in the third bedroom overlooking the intercostal!

The Sea Gate complex boasts a heated oceanfront pool, tropical lounge areas, and a grilling patio. As for Indian Shores, this quiet beach community sits just south of Indian Rocks Beach and is laden with Florida charm, fiery sunsets, and an assortment of shops and restaurants. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, lovely beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. Indian Shores is also home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the country, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

Great property!

The condo was exactly as advertised! It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and bedding, loved having the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella available! It’s in a great area, centrally located to St Pete and Clearwater. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Fabulous Condo in a Fabulous Location

The condo is exactly as depicted in the pictures. It is big, beautiful and extremely clean. Everything you would want for the beach was provided - which was absolutely great. We had plenty of towels - both bath and beach towels. The views from the balcony were stunning. We have stayed at the Sea Gate Condominium complex every October for the past 4 years. Each year, we have stayed in a different condo. All of them have been beautiful - but my family felt this was far and away the best. We definitely will be back next year.

Beautiful beach but parking is a nightmare!

Condo is nice but the parking situation is terrible! Only one space per condo. One of our party almost left because there was no guest spot available. The support beams on the patio were concerning. Had to contact the owner because the water in the bathroom could not be adjusted but the owner got a plummer there very quickly! Unfortunately, my husband had to be in the room several hours while the repairs were made.Pool was clean but way too warm. The condo was exceptionally clean and the proximty to the beach is great! I'm giving an overall 3 mainly due to lack of parking. After driving 8 hours, the last thing we wanted to do was find somewhere off-site that was safe and nearby!

Relaxed and Reenergized

A perfect place to stay to relax and reenergize. Condo is exactly as described and shown in the picture. We had a great time. A bump in the process was not receiving the welcome email (checked spam) even though it was sent. Phone calls resolved this issue and we were able to get in within 30 minutes of arriving. A disappointment was that the pool wasn't open until our last day there after it was worked on (cleaned, annual maintenance, etc.) during the week. We learned that this was not typical from other people at the same building who stay there every year around this time. A surprise was that work crews were working on the building to repair concrete and railings on balconies and walkways. Luckily, our balcony was one of the few available to use. Most were closed off - the doors were not even allowed to be opened. We would have hated that.At times, the workers were noisy during the workday (8am-5pm) but it didn't disrupt out stay as much as we worried it would when we first arrived.We hadn't appreciated the impact of the 2024 hurricane season on this area and were humbled to see the repairs and recovery going on to this resilient community.
