4th weekend

Our family of four had a great 4th of July in this condo. The location was wonderful, only minutes to the beach and boardwalk. Both the bedroom and Murphy beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed.

Nice alternative to staying at a hotel

Listing about property was a bit misleading stating that the property sleeps 6. The couch had a small pull-out, which would only be suitable for a toddler. Place the was overall nice and very convenient to the beach/ boardwalk.

Clean !! , up to date decor and furnishing. If I had any issues then I called the # provided and they called me right back. Porch light was out and battery on electronic door lock was dying. They came right out and fixed the issues within a few hours. Location was perfect the only compliant is be prepared to climb 3 flights of steps many times will you are there but it is on the 3 floor with a balcony and extremely nice outdoor seating; would definitely recommend someone to stay there.

Good but no pool access

Overall we enjoy this place. Loved the location as you can walk to everything. Place was advertised that we would have pool access, which was one of the top reasons for booking here. We arrived on Friday afternoon at the allotted check-in time and after unloading and figuring everything out, there was no pool key available. Contacted the company that said they do not have spear keys and they have to contact HOA on Saturday AM as they were already closed for,the daythey even came out to the condo to look for the key. We turned the place upside down looking for the "key" as well. Come Saturday morning I contacted them again and was then told HOA is closed over the weekend so there is nothing else that can be done and we could just ask others at the complex to let us in the pool if someone was out there. The actual locked gate at is a distance from the pool and would have to scream at someone hoping they would even hear you, so was not a decent plan. We was never able to use the pool as at the times we wanted to be there of course nobody was out there. Needless to say we had a very disappointed 4 year old that asked to go to the pool the ENTIRE weekend that never was able to go. We even sat out by the entrance of the pool with her hoping we would catch someone that would let us in but never seen anyone. Was told management would reach out to us after the stay but never heard from anyone. The washer did not work either, it wouldn't turn on at all but the dryer worked.

We are glad you liked the location. Hopefully bringing your daughter to the ocean was memorable. The misplacement of the pool key was very unfortunate we agree. We attempted contact with the HOA without immediate response which lead to not being able to get an extra key, in a timely manner.
