Dear valued guest, Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that the property did not fully meet your expectations. We strive to provide accurate and transparent information about our listings, and we are truly sorry you were unaware of the limited beach views. This is still an ocean front property, there are just limited beach views due to the height of the dunes. We do not show many views of the beach other than an aerial shot in our listing for this unit to avoid confusion. Please know that your satisfaction is our top priority, and we hope you were still able to enjoy the quiet and peaceful neighborhood during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to the opportunity to host you again in the future. Sincerely, Carolina Retreats Management

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback and for noting the condo’s cleanliness. We are very sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially regarding the noise, A/C, pool environment, and overall condition. Your comments about the cooking utensils, storage in the hot water closet, and potential safety concerns are being shared with our team so we can review and address them. We understand how important a comfortable and family‑friendly environment is, particularly when traveling with a young grandchild, and we regret that this was not your experience. Your review helps us improve, even though we are disappointed we did not earn your desire to return.
