Enjoy a stylish, yet casual stay at this centrally located welcoming bungalow. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to a variety of restaurants and a 15-20 minute drive to many of Saint Louis’ attractions.

1175 sq. ft. Stand-alone, cozy and newly renovated home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Living room: Comfortable couch and armchairs, new windows, and smart TV with access to log into your own streaming services. Coat closet next to front door for additional storage.

Dining area: Round dining table that seats 4 counter stools. Bar cart with glassware and bar accessories for entertaining.

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with essential cookware, dishes and glassware. Cabinets are stocked with coffee, cooking spices and basic cooking ingredients. Spacious pantry closet.

Bedrooms: 2 queen beds with plenty of pillows and luxurious bedding. Closets stocked with hangers and iron+ board and steamer.

Bathroom: Shower/Tub combo supplied with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Personal care and hygiene products located in the vanity cabinet. Spacious closet stocked with towels, bathrobes, a hair dryer and slippers.

Sunroom: Doubles as a game room with a comfortable couch, smart TV, foosball table, dartboard, badminton rackets, doorway basketball hoop and various card and board games.

Laundry: Washer and dryer located in the basement and can be accessed through the kitchen. Detergent provided.

Backyard: Large, flat and fenced in.

Our second month plus long stay at Bellsworth Bungalow. Happy to have such friendly and responsive hosts. This home has everything we needed while visiting family in the area.

This was a really nice home in the middle of everything you needed! There is a driveway- which is a plus! The beds were a little squeaky, but the floors are older (which look really nice, but loud). The area was nice and safe. The back patio are as fun too! The second bedroom does not have any windows, which is slightly alarming for me and concerns for safety (I'm not sure of the regulations in st.louis and homes that are "older"). I am not sure it would have deterred me from staying there, but it would have been a concern in case of a fire ( I may have not read it either). Overall- great home in a good location!

Family week

Your home was the perfect location in a charming neighborhood. It was nice to be in a neighborhood instead of a hotel. We loved being able to cook our meals. It was like having a home away from home.😃

Back home

This house was clean and comfortable. There are a few things that could use attention but overall it was wonderful. Our grandson loved the game room. Host was easy to work with when we wanted to add dates to our stay. We lived on this street over 40 years ago and it was fun to be back in the old neighborhood.

Double booked

Booked this months in advance, got a confirmation email, everything was set up. My fiance and I arrive and we’re not given a passcode to the door. Contact was easily made with the owner/listing agent, turns out it was double booked through different apps? I don’t know, never heard of that happening but he was super nice, responsive, and gave me a full refund. Overall the house looked nice and neighborhood was good from the outside.

Pretty nice

Overall a good stay and nice place. Just small things that come with the house being older, the door knobs seemed like they didn’t want to work to some rooms, loose and just kept turning. The floor creaked with almost every step. I felt like we had to move a lot of the decorations so our small child wouldn’t break/grab anything. The cleanliness could be better. Our almost one year old would crawl around and end up with black marks and spots/random small black pieces of something all over her feet. I would also recommend a small car. The driveway is tight with our SUV. OVERALL, I would stay again! Cute house and cute area. Was nice to not be in a hotel.

Everything went well at first. We got to the home and began getting ready for bed with our children in the next room . When we began hearing noises coming from down stairs as though things were being moved around . At first we took it as "its an old house , old houses make noises. " then the noises got loader and worse. We could t sleep due to the noise, and then we began to hear knocking and pounding on the door leading to the basement from the kitchen . We instantly assumed there must be someone else staying here , and must have been double booked . We contacted the owner of the property the following day to inform them that we would not be staying at that property for the remainder of the visit . The owner said there was no one else there , that we were the only ones , and that we should have called the cops . Being that we were there for a family funeral and emotions already hightend we werent about to call the cops for something we thought was a simple error from the owners and accidentally double booked. Now we can not get any money back or compensation due to the fact that we didnt get proof that someone was there . With my children frightened for their ife and me and my children being in a state and city weve never been to and have no experience with the last thing i was about to do was go down into a basement i dont own or know and confront someone to take a picture . I got my kids and we left as soon as we could ! By far the worst experience weve ever experienced

First I’d like to say we be try much enjoyed the house. Conveniently located.We did have a mishap where the house was not cleaned from the previous guest. I messaged the owner and they apologized and had the cleaning lady out within about an hour. Their normal cleaning lady was out of town, and things must have gotten mixed up. Things happen. They were very apologetic, took accountability and corrected the issue and also paid for our dinner that night. We loved the game room. We couldn’t find the remote for the tv in there. I assume the living room remote would have worked, but I didn’t try it. The decor was great. Kitchen was nice and clean. When it rained however, ants did come in through the kitchen window, which I relayed to the owners upon check out so that they could spray or get traps. The bathroom was fine. No water pressure/hot water to the hot water side of the sink. The shower was fine, and did have hot water. I do wish there was a lock to the bathroom door and towel hooks. Beds were comfortable. One big issue, however, was there was no smoke detector anywhere and the back bedroom had no window, which is a safety concern. Upon check out the cleaning lady came before 10:30 (check out was at 11), and then even came in the house at 10:30 and we were still packing up. So we did feel rushed to get out. Again, not the normal cleaning lady, so I’m sure that was the reasoning. Overall the house was great for the price we paid and I would stay there again.

Fantastic property with great essentials.We really enjoyed our stay here!The Pros: Very spacious, spotless, and generously stocked with essentials (toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, dishes, etc.). Safe and pleasant neighborhood.Good to Know: The driveway is a little tight but highly convenient to have. Also, if you plan to enjoy the outdoor space, just message the hosts ahead of time so they can make sure the grass is freshly mowed.
