Guest Access
The parking lot is on the first floor/under the building. There are 2 assigned parking spaces per unit, on a first come first serve basis.

Please take note that only individuals who are 18 years old or over can make reservations. 

Luggage drop-off is allowed but must be confirmed first.

Please be mindful of what you choose when you book our listing. We do have a firm cancelation policy which will be explained during your booking.

We're in a tropical setting with various tropical creatures like lizards, geckoes, and frogs; their presence is beyond our control. Unconfirmed cancellations will result in a strictly NO REFUND.

Also, a $500 CHARGE WILL BE ADDED FOR SMOKING INSIDE THE UNIT. Not approved late checkout or past checkout, and unauthorized guests will be penalized.
