Thank you so much for your kind review! We're thrilled to hear that the home met your expectations and that our team was able to assist you promptly. It's great to know you enjoyed the location as well. We can't wait to welcome you back on your next visit!

We're so glad to hear you found the property easy to locate and check-in was a breeze. We wanted to clarify that the door alarm you mentioned is a pool alarm required by the state of Florida for safety purposes, especially with children around. As for pool heating, there is an additional charge for this service, and a member of our FunVacay maintenance team would be happy to assist in turning it on upon request. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future!

We are delighted to hear that you found everything nice and clean and that you enjoyed your stay. Regarding the pool alarm, we understand your concern. However, as per Florida State law, it is mandatory to have a pool alarm on every door leading outside if the home has a pool. This is a safety measure designed to protect all guests, especially children, even when they are not present. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this regulation. We are thrilled to know that you would consider renting with us again. We look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful stay.

Thank you so much for your wonderful 5-star review of "Tranquility"! We're thrilled to hear that you found our home family-friendly and enjoyed your stay. We apologize for the initial inconvenience with the garage code and elevator, but we're glad our team could address your needs promptly. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we're delighted to know that you found the place well-cleaned upon arrival. We can't wait to welcome you back and provide an even better experience next time.

Hi, Kathy, first we want to thank you for staying with FunVacay. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the top deck and the views! Unfortunately, we did have to replace the A/C system on the third floor while you were visiting but we certainly did not want you going without A/C, we are terribly sorry for any inconvenience to you. We would have been glad to send housekeeping over for any cleaning issue you had during your stay. Again, we thank you for staying with FunVacay and do hope to see you and your family in the future.

Thank you so much for your honest and thoughtful feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, especially with the pool, spa, and weather-related damage. We understand how frustrating that must have been, particularly with the elevator being out of service as well. We appreciate your kind words about the cleanliness of the home and our maintenance team's quick response. Most of all, we're glad you were still able to enjoy time with your family—that’s what matters most. We hope to have the chance to host you again in the future under better circumstances.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts about your stay. We wanted to let you know that the kitchen items have been replaced, including new pans and a thorough review of all the drawers to ensure functionality. Your comments about the living room seating have also been noted, and we are currently discussing potential improvements with the owner to better accommodate larger groups. Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your stay. We sincerely regret the challenges you encountered and understand how disappointing this experience must have been. Please know that addressing guest concerns promptly is our top priority. Upon receiving your report, we took immediate action to resolve the issues. We also offered to cover any hotel expenses incurred during your stay, but unfortunately, we did not receive a receipt for payment to process reimbursement. We remain committed to resolving this matter should documentation be provided. We deeply apologize for falling short of your expectations and for any stress caused during your vacation. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope you might consider staying with us again in the future, allowing us the opportunity to provide the exceptional experience you deserve.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review! We’re thrilled to hear that your Thanksgiving holiday was such a success and that the house provided everything your family needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. It’s wonderful to know that everyone—from your dad to your niece—could enjoy the home with its spacious layout and accessible features like the elevator. We’re glad you found the kitchen well-equipped and appreciate your feedback about the pans; we have already updated them. It’s also great to hear that the hot tub offered a cozy retreat after your outings, even with the cooler weather. Thank you for highlighting the convenient location and the safety of the gated community. We truly appreciate your high recommendation and hope to welcome you back for another fantastic stay soon!

Hi Jeremy! Thank you for the review and feedback! Having the elevator is such a plus to transport heavy luggage. Since your stay at Tranquility the pots/pans and vacuum cleaner have been replaced. Also, there have been many updates throughout the home. We stock our homes with a starter pack including Starbucks coffee, creamer, sugar, bottled water, salt & pepper, dish detergent, dish sponge, paper towel roll, dishwasher pods, toilet paper rolls, trash bags for kitchen and bath, shampoo, conditioner, massage bath bar, hand soap, lotion, and laundry detergent. Also, all homes are now stocked with three extra blankets to enjoy lounging. The HOA in the community does have very strict parking rules and set fines. Again, thank you and we hope to welcome you back soon!
