Welcome to Playa Rana, home of the finest properties right here in the heart of Virginia Beach. This beautiful luxury condominium is located in one of the most desirable and safe locations on the beach. It is fully furnished two-bedroom condo that will sleep 6 comfortably, with two bathrooms, balcony, gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, flat screen TV in every room, washer and dryer.
****ALL LINENS WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE RENTAL!!!****
There is also a nice swimming pool and a charcoal grill at the pool deck for your enjoyment. Building offers off-street parking and coded access.
Condo is conveniently located only a short 1.5 blocks from the ocean and boardwalk and offers great access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Enjoy outdoor live entertainment nightly at 31st and 24th street boardwalk stages during the summer. Fishermen might enjoy the 14th street pier or Rudee Inlet which offers inshore/offshore fishing as well as a variety of different tours (dolphin/whale watching, speed boat, pirate ship, and jet skis). Golfers might enjoy the many nearby golf courses. Parasailing, kayaking, sailing, Jet Ski rentals are available at either end of the beach. Bike routes along the boardwalk are great for exploring the beach. Grocery store Harris Teeter is conveniently located across the street from condo for all of your shopping needs.
Master bedroom offers a king size bed, separate full bathroom, vanity with a mirror, TV and Wi-Fi, closet with washer and dryer as well as night stands and lamps.
Second bedroom offers a bunk bed, with twin bed on top and full bed on the bottom and flat screen TV.
All bedrooms have room flat screen TVs. The master bedroom and great room have smart TVs with Netflix and Disney Plus+, sofa that converts to a queen size bed, dining table with chairs, bar stools and a door to the balcony for you to enjoy the sun set and palm trees.
You will absolutely enjoy your beach experience at this beautiful luxury condo for its safety, amazing location and home like atmosphere.

A little pricey....but would return.

Great location, nice pool. Appliances need some updating. Not as much to do in VA beach (we prefer Myrtle) and the planes can be a little annoying. This condo was lovely though.

Great trip!

Our family of 5 stayed here. The condo was very clean and very accurately represented in the description. We loved the location - able to walk to the beach, boardwalk and many restaurants, shops, and ice cream places! Other places like the aquarium and go-karts were just a 10-minute drive away. Loved that a wagon, beach chairs and an umbrella were included!

Nice condo to stay at Welcome treat of brownies and water Harris Teeter close by and for Walmart faithful it is just a few minutes drive Very good donut shop on corner Got to watch for traffic on walk to beach Lots of activity on beach We walked boardwalk every day but could never make it all the way to south end Would stay here again

Wonderful place close to beach

Best Vacation I. Years

This was an amazing condo! Had everything needed and was so clean and decorated beautifully. Walking distance to everything. Having the beach chairs and wagon and umbrella was awesome. The long term residents were a wealth of information on where to eat! The pool was the best after a long day on the beach. I was so surprised to be greeted with cupcakes and a ballon for my birthday! I can’t wait to go back!

First time to VA Beach Great location, across the street from Harris Teeter, clean, quiet, short walk to beach - would definitely stay again! Loved how secure the building was Only things I would suggest is better lighting in the rooms Also did not know beach chairs were included, would not have packed ours

Perfect location

They made my son’s 10th birthday the best! We were located close to everything. There’s a store right next door. All the beach shops are a block away. There are restaurants in walking distance! Neptune statue is just right down the road. The property is beautiful the pool is awesome! We all had our own room to just chill at the end of the day! Thanks for making our first trip to VA awesome

Great intro to VA Beach.

Great experience. Location was perfect. Condo was clean. Our only complaint was the coffee machine had a will of its own, which made us all laugh. Maneuverability, if in good shape, was good; however, I am handicapped. So, location of parking, proximity from elevator to the condo was challenging. Also, there were no handicap bars in bathrooms which would have been so helpful. Even so, I managed with help of my family, but would caution someone who is handicapped and traveling alone, that this condo may not be best choice for them.

Quiet, clean great place

We were welcomed with muffins and water bottles was a very nice touch after 11hour drive. Very clean, comfortable beds, and all the essentials you need. Enjoyed walking to the beach less block away and thank you to the owner supplying beach chairs and wagon. Perfect location grocery store/Star Bucks across street. Will definitely stay again.

Great family vacation spot!

We love coming down to VA Beach. This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The condo had everything we needed (loved having the backpack beach chairs available for use). We were celebrating some birthdays the week of our vacation and the kids loved being surprised with cupcakes and a balloon when we first got there. Unit was clean and appliances were updated and working perfectly. We had a great week weather-wise so didn’t even turn the TVs on, but there are TVs in each bedroom which would be helpful on rainy days. The pool on-site is a plus for anyone who has kids that lose interest in the beach after a few hours. Location is unbeatable with such a short walk to either the beach or the grocery store and Starbucks (right across the street)!

Great place to stay!

Close to the beach, boardwalk, shops and convention center! Clean property that came with beach chairs and wagon for a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property!
