Dianne and David are from Northern Virginia. Dianne has a masters degree in Health Science - Exercise Physiology from the University of Tennessee and completed her undergraduate work and Cal State Northridge where she competed in the 10,000 for the track & field program. Dianne manages our short-term rental business and enjoys her daily runs, working out, and visiting the grandkids.
David received his business degree from Cal State Northridge where he also competed for the track & field program. David competed in the high-jump and javelin throw and was a two-time All-American. David continued his track & field career, coaching for the University of Tennessee track & field program and competing for multiple USA teams. David was a member of the 1988 & 1996 Olympic Teams, 1990 World Championships Team, and the 1990 Goodwill Games Team. David's business career has been focused on manufacturers of unique information technologies that protect people, critical systems, and infrastructure from adversaries. David is the Vice President of Public Sector & Strategic Accounts for BYOS USA, Inc.

Just a 5 minute walk from 1701 to Casa Contessa, guests enjoy nearly 8,000 sqft of indoor-outdoor living space including 5 ensuite custom detailed bedrooms. Casa Contessa offers single-level living, large private pool and jacuzzi, fire pit with seating for 10, abundant outdoor seating.
