The sleeper sofa converts to a queen-sized bed, allowing for extra sleeping space. Off of the living room, guests can access the balcony that overlooks the golf course and pool.
The kitchen features a full-sized stove, fridge, freezer, and mounted microwave. The kitchen comes equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, toaster, and much more to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit.

No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
